I bought this on Black Friday because I needed a second Blu-ray player and I also wanted to be able to stream without dragging my Amazon Fire Stick throughout the apartment. So this seemed like a good solution. All started out well. But sometimes, the player freezes and you have to unplug and wait and wait to reconnect and hope it resets. (I usually have to do it two or three times before it resets.) At first it was an occasional thing. Now it's almost daily. Netflix was easy to set up and worked well until yesterday, but I have yet to get my Amazon Prime to actually stream. Playback and loading is sometimes laggy compared to Chromecast or the Fire Stick. Yesterday, I got a new firmware update and now, nothing will load on Netflix. It acts like it will load, gets to 99 percent and stops. I tried resetting, but it didn't help. So right now, it's just an expensive Blu-ray player. Of course it started acting up after the return period. I suggest getting a Fire Stick or other streaming device and find a Blu-ray player to be a single function machine. (I plan to contact Panasonic about the because I'm sort of stuck with it now.) I'll probably end up putting the Fire Stick and other Blu-ray player back in the living room and moving this thing to my secondary TV in the bedroom.

I bought this item as a gift for my teenage daughter. I am so happy with my purchase! It plays both blu ray and dvds perfectly. Netflix works great on it. It does freeze once in a great while, but I am wondering if it has something to do with our internet connection.

We bought this Blu-Ray player for family movie nights. We love all the features but especially having wifi capabilities. We connect regularly to Netflix so we can catch up on missed TV series.

Great little blu Ray with wifi. Day after Thanksgiving special. It is a little loud at times but great picture and very easy setup. Netflix is easy to get to and operate. Easy to use product.

I purchased this player for my daughter to use with her Panasonic 37" flat screen. She loves the fact she can stream all her programs through it, especially Netflix. Her tv is now smart! The upload time with a DVD is naturally slower than my high end Denon player but at this price point you can't complain. Picture quality is very good.

I was looking for a Blu ray player that was inexpensive, but also had some quality. This unit has good quality for the price. It also allows for us to use our netflix account. Nice bonus.

Really easy to install and use. Its a good size to put it any wear you want.

Bought this for my grandma for christmas. She is not tech savvy at all and loves this machine. It is easy for her to use. All she has to do is hit the Netflix button on remote and it send her straight there. The setup was very easy and easy to connect to wifi. It comes preloaded with all the smart app's most people would use and need.

Great Little blu-ray player. This small size is a plus, but still has all the features that you'll need. Great picture quality and perfect sound . I'm using a Samsung Sound Bar.

The DVD player from Panasonic has worked very well. It is very easy to use.

This blue ray player is very easy to use and works well. It was purchased for a senior who is not computer saavy and he mastered it quickly. Great price, too.

Took a while to get set up and had a hard time getting the player to connect to my wifi. Had to do my first firmware update using a flash drive. Parental Controls are difficult to understand and the interface is a bit slow and cumbersome. Picture quality is great though especially for the price. I bought it knowing it was not top of the line so I am not disappointed. Good player for the money.

Bought this for my son's room. No cable in there so this way he can watch movies and stream Nextflix. Fits the bill!

I was a little hesitate with the price, but using it now the picture quality is really decent ! It is also small and compact compared to my old blu ray player from almost 10 years ago . It has a USB port in the front to hook up and external hard drive/flash drive. Over all I'm pretty satisfied with this :)
