I have a one and half year old and changing a disc became a pain so the thumb drive is easier. This unit can use 1tb thumb drive is great and i have 64gb with 11 movies so far.

I gave 4 stars only because one time it refused to open the tray to remove the disc. I had to unplug the device to reset it and it has worked fine ever since, Overvall this has been a good unit.
