I really like having a card instead. Don't like keeping this digital thing in my email inbox until it is exhausted.

wasted over 2 hours in an attempt to get the activation codes for my purchase. Never got it, finally, I wasted another 30 minutes with cust. svc. to get a full refund!

I had purchased this yesterday, unfortunately when it came time for me to redeem it with Panda Express I'd get nothing but errors, they'd tell me invalid number/pin and eventually it'd just say "card number is required" despite it not only being 1:1 with what Best Buy sent me, but it's all right there! Then both Panda and Best Buy's customer service have been worthless. It's EXTREMELY frustrating because now I'm out $50, have a headache and have no Panda Express.
And it absolutely has to be something on Best Buy's end, as previous gift cards i have that have a dollar or so left allow me to apply those just fine, it's this most recent one that refuses to work, meaning they've sent me a faulty card.

Buying a gift card should be as easy as getting cash, but they complicated this and i wonder, how? And i think it's at the Panda side. They not only they don't let u add the gift card to the app, but after the first use, i have to get a new card for the new balance? What? That's not how any gift card works.

Purchased (2) $50 e-cards. While delivery was prompt, the cards didn’t work. I tried applying them to a Panda online order; one was recognized intermittently, the other was never recognized for online order payment. Online balance inquiry shows $0, but thankfully Panda’s customer support verified that $50 is on each card. Cards are under investigation by Panda.
