And if you are extra lucky it may be a green velocity or DT. But most packs are utter trash - no insert, no parallel, no rated rookie, no SSP. Just another over priced Panini + Retailer cash grab.

Value packs just not worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of 8 packs just got 3 green velocities 2 retro inserts 1 play action and 1 captain charge best card pulled was tank dell green velocity. Its for sures a gamble at 15 dollars. Especially when some cards come damaged.

The other 3 were opened from the bottom which I am assuming one of the people that packed them to be mailed out to me opened the bottom to look what cards were in there and probably took the good hits and replaced them with bad cards or duplicates.
