First off, the hat is warm and comfortable. You don't feel like there's some battery pack at the back of your head or some light fixture at the front of your head. It looks like a normal hat. The lights aren't super bright, but they are certainly bright enough. For close map reading, they're extremely bright. If you were in pitch darkness like out in a forest, they would be great. Obviously many flashlights are a little bit brighter, but for a hands-free hiking light that wouldn't bother the people you're walking around with, it's a great hat. I highly recommend it.

I wasnt into buying this hat but i found it on my way out and bought it. Just used it last night and its a hit. Bright light easy to use.

We wear this for dog walking at night. It provides plenty of light to keep an eye on things, and helps alert motorists to our presence.

This is a good functional hat. Keeps the head warm plus provides a light source that you can see by. Works as advertised. If you’re looking for something different then this is the hat to get plus it’s a good color.

I bought this for my son who is always outside. It is nice and warm and now he is able to see better while playing or shoveling snow.

Didn't want to hold a flashlight while walking. Don't like lighted vests. Like this because it is hands-free and keeps my head warm.

First bougth a black cap and later bought the orange one. I take walks very early in the AM, before the sun comes up. MUST have this hat to see what's in front of me AND to be seen by drivers who insist on texting while driving. - almost got hit once without this hat. I am bald and the hat keeps in the body heat and can totally cover my ears. Hat is very well designed, a lot of light that is through downward at about a 45 degree angle so I can see what's directly in front of me. The fluorescent orange adds another layer of visibility. I also find my self using it around the house on some projects where i need more light, like when I work on the wiring in a closet, or anywhere that more light is needed when I have both hands full. HIGHLY recommended.

These caps are great! Fits easily on different sizes of heads (have given several as gifts and it's fit everyone). They are comfortable and very soft. The light is very bright and can easily be clicked on and you can do the work you need to do without having to hold a flashlight! Very nice!

I love not having to carry a flashlight or the need to turn the light on my phone in order to clean up doodie on our nightly walk!

Bought these for the whole fam. Fits all of us perfectly - 7, 9, 12 and 13 yr olds as well as mom and dad. Warm enough to be outside at freezing temps and the bright LEDs are positioned well to see what's in front of you. Will be perfect for the kids when they want to stay in their snow forts when it's dark and ideal for winter boy and girl scout camps!!

Bought this as Christmas gift for hubby and he loves it so much. The LEd lights are so bright and works great like a flashlight.

Bright and warm all at the same time. I love this beanie!!! it is super bright so when I am at work it not only lights the way but it also keeps me warm. Works well with my hardhat. The switch for the lights is in an area I can get to easily and the batteries are easy to change. The beanie is also bright yellow so it is easily seen at night.

Haven't had them long as I bought them for work Christmas presents. Fit good and look great. Not heavy. All arrived clean.

That cap is warm and comfortable for running. Having the bright light helps to be safe when running in the dark.awesome

LED lights are great for night time walking or emergency light if you lose power. Beanie hat fits snugly. Great gift.

Great beanie! The lining is thicker than I thought, making it warmer and the light is much brighter than I expected.

I thought that maybe this was a cheap gimmic. It is not. It is well made and the lights are very bright. Good buy.
