    I really liked how quickly this hand warmer heated up and that it had 3 heat settings. However, it doesn't work now, after just 2 months. Initially it worked fine for a few weeks, then it required a long time to recharge. I thought it was completely dead at one point, when it didn't seem to be charging after it drained to about 25% battery life. The indicator lights didn't come on at all, but a few hours later it finally showed signs of life and recharged eventually. More recently, after being used and recharged, it shuts off after it gets down to about 65-75% charged. Now, it shuts off within a second of being turned on, even though it's fully charged. It was nice while it lasted.

    Not a great product from my experience. Unfortunately the first time I purchased this it was broke. Returned that one and my second one didn’t last the entire winter season.

    Purchased 2 of these for my wife for Christmas. Worked great for a few months, then in February one of them just stopped heating. And the return date was Jan 15, a bit of a scam.

    Love this. Bought it for camping. I used to have a smaller one but I like the silicon exterior of this one, so it doesn't slide all over the place when I set it down. Heats up fast.
