Most reviews seem to dislike this game but it does have the classic Nintendo charm, as long as you go in expecting a new experience and not the older Paper Mario games, it is great

Great game, its mario and if youre a fan of paper mario its that with a twist in color splash. Go get it, well made game with hours of that fun paper mario feel we all love.

i think paper mario color splash had something about it that gave it a nice separation from the other mario games, it was fun (i havent yet finished it though, so maybe it isn't) i would definitely put it in my top 10 fav mario games.

Paper Mario is back with the same of humor and fun found in previous titles. This time they have added the element of paint and interacting with the Wii U game pad. At times, this can be more annoying than fun. Overall a decent game.

One of THE BEST games you can get on Wii U. An incredibly engaging storyline and the same great combat from the past Paper Mario games. Gorgeous visuals to boot! A MUST buy!

This game is awesome! Perhaps not as great as The Thousand Year Door, but it's better than Sticker Star for sure. It has more of a RPG element to it. It's quirky and fun!

I enjoyed this game, though I wish it was more like the Paper Mario of old. Less RPG elements, but still an enjoyable game. Great graphics, and somewhat annoying boss battles. If you're a WiiU fan and a Mario fan, it's worth it.

This game starts out swinging with laughs and keeps going strong. I loved every second of it and recommend this to anyone especially if you have kids to enjoy this game with.

The paper graphics are pretty clever and brings me back to paper Mario on the n64. Love it, its challenging enough for me, but also easy enough my 6 year old enjoys it.

My boys love to play the game. It works great for my youngest because he can float behind his brother's character in a bubble. Great addition to the Mario universe!

This time there's a level up system so you do not have to avoid enemies all the time. Also common cards (as oppose to stickers) are purchasable via in-game coins/currency. Coins are very abundant if you participate in the Ro-Sham-Bo tournaments so you don't have to worry about not having enough cards. There is resource management involved though as you can only hold a certain amount of cards in your inventory until upgraded thus a recommend re-stalking on cards after each level. Also paint is a factor now as painting cards helps deal more damage and certain cards uses specific color of paint.

I bought this game for my wife because she loves the Mario RPG games. This one doesn't disappoint. The art style they took makes the whole game world come to life.

Mario games are for the most part always going to be fun. Add in the wit and humor of Paper Mario and you have a real winner. While the combat is a bit redundant, I can play through a few levels and walk away happy.

Definitely an improvement over the last Paper Mario, but still too gimmicky in the battle system. The writing is excellent. Makes me really want a true Mario RPG

another great Nintendo game! Paper Mario Color Splash is so much fun, and is filled with really funny interactions. Great game for Mario fans of any age.

It's Mario so how can it be bad! Just fun to do for any age. My 5 year old grandson and I spend hours banging the paint hammer all over Prism Island.

I've bought and played all four titles in this series and this is by far my favorite. So many things to do in this game. Graphics are great also.

Great hidden gem of a game that didn't get a fair chance. If you own the WiiU this is a great nintendo platformer and is a must buy.
