The set of War Movies is fantastic. Patton, of course, is a classic. George C. Scott plays Gen. Patton in one of the most unforgettable movies of all time. The Longest Day, Tora, Tora, Tora and Sand Pebbles are reproduced with great quality. If you like War Movies purchase this set.

A great DVD set that includes some of the best War movies Hollywood has turned out. "The Longest Day" still is the best film ever dealing with D-Day. "Patton" is worth the price of admission alone. Picked this up over Memorial Day weekend. Great viewing for that holiday. You can't beat the price either.

I had each of these movies individually and purchased to free up some shelf space. These are Classic Movies and a Must for your Collection. I have a 4K TV and Blu Ray Player that upconverts to a clean, remarkable image. Can't Go Wrong Here!

My Grandson has taken an interest in battles and strategy. This was a perfect gift. "Patton" is one of the best movies ever made and Coppola one of the greatest directors and screenwriters. How could I go wrong?

Was not disappointed at the video quality of any of the disks....particularly The Sand Pebbles and Patton. Colors and contrasts were superior to what I had previously seen in the DVD formatted versions.

This was a great combination of classic war films in Blu-Ray format. To get these four films at this great price was a steal. I enjoyed watching them and adding them to my collection. The set contained two of my favorite films, The Longest Day and Patton plus two other excellent films.

These were all great movies when they released originally

i love war movies and this was a cool find. these films in blu-ray format look great. tora tora tora includes the japanese cut of the film. the sound quality of these movies is also a great plus. it makes you feel like you are taking part.

These are some of my all time favorite war movies, but the high-def presentation of Patton and The Longest Day in this Fox 4-pack are disappointing. Tora! Tora! Tora! has always looked great and The Sand Pebbles is decent, but this version of Patton looks waxy and unnatural while The Longest Day is probably the worst looking of the bunch. Looks aside, these films have all had separate releases that included extra features and documentaries, and most of those are missing from this set. As for alternatives, a far superior version of Patton is available separately (look for the cover with the American flag in the background), or look for the special D-Day Remembered gift set that includes a remastered version of Patton, The Longest Day (still not great), Tora! Tora! Tora! and three other WWII films as well as special packaging.
