I bought the HP Pavilion 23.8” with Intel I5 and 12gb ram, also 2 Tb of HDD. It runs very smooth and can handle semi heavy tasks, like adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, plus many other apps open at the same time.
The sound quality of the speakers is good, and my favorite thing about this PC is the sleek design and the touchscreen. Overall a good all in one PC.

Purchased as an early Christmas present for my wife. She loves it. The only down side is the that the USB ports are on the back of the monitor and difficult to access. I solved this by using a USB chord to make one easily accessible. Overall a good unit.

Has more memory (12GB) and hard drive (2TB) than my old similar HP Envy had and it cost even less on sale! Loaded with Windows 10 and extras.

My kid loves it very much! He started his typing club right away with no pouting or complaining. Touchscreen is one big plus, it makes browsing very easy.

This all-in-one computer has a pretty screen, nice touch on the keyboard and, best of all, no clutter. Our new all-in-one replaces a laptop, separate monitor, wired keyboard and mouse. There were wires running everywhere. Now I get half my desk back. One negative: the fan runs continuously and is pretty obnoxious. In the store, of course, we couldn't hear it. At home it's hard to ignore.

My computer was working great now it is taking forever to turn on and it has a blue screen with white dot circle going around and won’t do anything else. There is no way a computer that is only a couple years old that should mess up like this. Especially since I hardly use it. So disappointed

I was in need of a new computer to replace the one that was eight years old and bad hard drive, I bought this computer for the looks and the storage and speed that it has. This computer is easy to use and I am no tech savvy person. Love the feel of the key board and the newer mouse is great. For the price you can't beat this all-in-one desk top.

Perfect Home Computer for the Family

For the past five+ years we have been using a laptop for all of our family computing needs. The screen was small, it just didn't work the best on the desk, and most importantly, it was slow. This new HP computer fit our needs well. The value was excellent based upon all the other computers we had looked at so we just had to take the plunge.
The cordless keyboard and mouse made for a simple set up--just one power cord. Although these items aren't the greatest, they work fine for our everyday home computing needs.
The inputs for USB, etc. are located on the back--not the most convenient of locations. For us, it isn't a big deal as we aren't constantly plugging things in to the computer. The SD card reader is right under the front edge of the computer which is very handy. That is what we use the most to transfer photos from our digital camera.
Everything has operated as advertised. This computer is plenty fast, especially when compared to our old Dell laptop. The larger screen is nice.
Lastly, my wife wanted to make sure I said that the computer looks nice sitting on the desk. Although the screen is bigger than our laptop, it isn't too big.

I never thought I would go back to a desktop, but I'm glad I took the chance on this instead of a laptop. I bought a cheap laptop but don't really care for it. I then bought an expensive ($1100) replacement recently but the smaller screen size (15 inch), flimsy feeling and dissatisfaction overall for what I paid, forced me to return it to Dell. I later saw this all-in-one, and since it is small enough to transport within my home as desired, and with a large 23 + inch HD screen, I thought I'd give it a try. I love the way it looks, the screen is better than expected, the computer responds quickly, and couldn't be easier to set up - Cortana talks you through the process! The only things I don't care for so far (I've only had this for a day) are the placement of the drives (would be better along the sides instead of the back) and the CD drive - the drive is flimsy and the door is not quite aligned. The keyboard and mouse are also cheap, so I bought a Logitech wireless lighted keyboard (K800 - NICE!) to use with my current wireless Logitech mouse. But those are small complaints compared to the overall satisfaction with this computer that cost me ~ $800 on sale.

Have owned for one week, and am very impressed. Screen quality is awesome. Faster than I expected. Storage capacity is huge. Have installed full Adobe suite of products, and no slow-downs at all. The only downsides so far: (1) Speaker quality isn't great - I would cal it average, (2) Placement of USB ports isn't great - all of them are on the back, and (3) HP Customer Service isn't great - their chat feature seems to be down all of the time, and you can't get through on the phone. None of these weaknesses would stop me from recommending this product at this price point. If I had paid more, I would expect more - but for this price point, this was an awesome purchase.

My wife's Dell all-in-one crashed after only 3 1/2 years. Fortunately, Best Buy had this one with 2TB hard drive and 12 GB RAM. And, $200 off for Black Friday sale. Have only had it 3 weeks. Large monitor, sensitive touch screen, DVD on board. It talked me through setup and I was able to directly transfer files from the old hard drive to the new one. Don't like the keyboard on this or the others so I continue to use my Logitech K350 wireless keyboard and mouse. I favored Dell and avoided HP in the past because of reputation for low quality product and service but my impression is that product quality has improved and with Geek Squad to fix any problems for 3 years, I rest assured. And, reviews were good for this computer.

We were in search of a new computer and we were torn between and desktop and a laptop.
We decided on this desktop because of the great reviews it already had and it was on sale at the time of purchase. Here's a quick breakdown of what we love.
PROS
- Large screen that can tilt
- OS is very user friendly
- touchscreen is accurate and convinient
- mouse and keyboard it comes with is comfortable
CONS
- bad glare
- if you're a loud typer the keyboard can be a bit noisy
overall though we really love this computer. We've had it for about 3 weeks and this review is based on that.

This is what I wanted. Nice sleek design. Great performance. Easy to use. Windows 10 helps with ease of use and setup was a breeze. Only issue I’ve had is that the cd drive is loud with a disc in it.

Had an old Dell vista desktop that lasted for years but decided I need to get a new PC given the lack of security updates to the Vista OS. The Best Buy salesman was very helpful, going through several options. So I then did some online homework including reading multiple reviews. Then I went back to the store and bought it.
The set up was the smoothest I can recall of any new desktop or laptop I have bought over the years. The screen provides high resolution images and the touch screen is great. The keyboard is compact which is ok although some may want a larger one. Mouse works fine. USB connections are in the back (convenient) and underneath (not convenient). The SD card and headphone jack are also underneath in the middle. Works ok but not as easy as some designs. The speed is fine for us as we mainly do emails, surfing, etc. 2 TB will last for years (although recommend you get a 2TB external hard drive for backup). System looks slick and modern. Didn’t see much “bloat” software. Pleased with this purchase so far.

Purchased this machine instead of a MAC. The HP has a great screen, perfect keyboard and an excellent mouse. It is fast and makes an excellent desktop system. I would highly recommend this touch screen system over an Apple or any other machine. We currently own a number of computers and this is the easiest to use.

Great screen and it creates documents and videos with this all-in-one computer. Its 2TB hard drive has ample room for personal and business files. The idea of no tower, but includes an Intel Core i5 processor and 12GB of DDR4 RAM for fast, smooth operations.

I wanted a PC that needed very little desk or floor space but still maintained a decent screen size and performance.
This fits those requirements perfectly. It performs well on all the normal tasks you would expect, with good wifi connectivity and several USB ports (although one is used for the wireless keyboard/mouse dongle). The keyboard and mouse are up to the job and I've had no lag issues despite being wireless, but anyway a great trade-off not to have all the wires lying around.
Gaming isn't it's strongest point but it handles simple/older games very well, and this was never supposed to be a gaming PC. The resolution is very good with clear graphics and a good screen. Touch screen too works very well with limited fingerprints remaining.
When unused it can sit with the keyboard and mouse tucked underneath the monitor, taking very little space at all.
Overall, extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely buy the same again.
