I am usually a Dell customer. However, their services have been lacking in the last few years. This is my first HP, and I am very impressed. I got more RAM, memory, etc at a better price.

Not bad for the price. Wish though the hard drive was solid state. Like the built in CD read/ write drive

Bought this all in one for a business, typically running multiple word processing programs as well as email and web platforms. Overall ram is more than adequate, have not tested much with higher use applications such as media editing but I suspect it would run fine there as well.

I love it. It’s really fast and looks great. The touchscreen is a plus even though sometimes I forget it is. Had bought a dell and it was very slow so exchanged it for this one.

This has been a very nice computer for my small office. The screen size is nice for mapping applications and editing documents. I’m very pleased with the performance.

Got this for my dad and I am very impressed. Screen is sharp, unit is fast, and design is very sleek. Only drawback I have is it doesn't support Windows Hello login feature.

Pictures and videos are frequently slow to display on the monitor. Have to wait several seconds for multiple videos to appear on the screen. My Internet speed is 25Mps so it's more likely a video card or disk drive problem. Irritating but tolerable. Otherwise, this is nice unit with one cord and a compact footprint which is exactly what I wanted. would probably recommend this to a friend with a caveat about the monitor.

I’m very happy with my new HP desktop computer. Easy to use and it’s pretty too. It’s great to have touchscreen and not have to deal with cables on the mouse and keyboard.

I purchased this computer when my 7 year old computer stopped working and I’ve been very happy with it so far. Keyboard has nIce feel and touch screen is an added bonus .

I bought this as a basic home computer to surf the web and pay bills. It is great for those things. I haven't tried any games on it, but I imagine it won't score really high there. It has a very small foot print, and a touchscreen. For the purpose, it's great.

Was the best computer at the best price that they had. It's performance is excellent and it looks even better. Love that the tower is built in and that it doesn't take up too much desk space. The monitor is beautiful and the picture and sound quality are even better!
