My parents purchased this. My son installed it for them. They had to have him come back over one day later because they could not figure out how to turn it on. This is not their first computer, so I am guessing it's not that user friendly .LOL Now that they are used to it, they like it. Lots faster than the old one.

This computer is easy to use and runs at a good speed. It’s also very quiet and a great price.

Id give 5 stars except that win10 pain in the A.. riddled with ads and plea for subscriptions, screens, and bunch of extras no one EVER needs or use. Machine is quick, ample ports, memory, and ram also has wireless internet ( a plus ) Plug & play. good investment overall.

Very good performance, fast boot, not even pre-installed programs that make the computer running slow.

The computer included everything I needed for a second home computer. Easy to set up and we were able to load and use some of our older (XP) software without having to download a bunch of patches. The only problem is the mouse that came with it shuts off for no reason while using it.

So far no issues. Easy set up and did not know it came with keyboard and mouse. Made it a good deal

my new hp windows10 pavilion desktop I bought, took a bit of getting use to, compared to my old windows7 I had. for the past 8yrs. i'm vey happy with the purchase!!

Really good computer for the price...only complaint i have is the fan noise....

working great. the AMD processor is very fast and I've gotten use to Win 10 and happy with it as well. No problems with the HP desktop. I wish the pc had more than one usb port on the front and they should be above the cd tray not at the bottom of the front. But all is working without problems. would recommend this pc to everyone.

Great computer a little slow to start up, but once started great

While its always a pain to switch computers (made even more difficult it seems with windows 10), it was time. I had a bit of a time getting the HDMI settings working, and with the digital TV i was using I could never get the screen to fit the TV. Learned a lot and thus far very happy. Thinking about adding a SSD but time will tell

I purchased this for my aunt who is in her 80's. It was easy to install. It's easy for her to use, she loves It!

I just set it up yesterday. It Has crashed on me a couple of times in the last day and a half. I made a slight change to the way I have the keyboard connected. hopefully this will solve the problem.

everything I need for what we do. web surf, email, great graphics, plenty of space for music and photos

Easy and no hassle to set up. This pc has enough horsepower to run the most important apps, as well as has some extra for those that are not so common. Good storage space as well. Good all around pc
