Good entry level desktop computer.

I increased the RAM to 8GB, installed an SSD (it supports NVMe) and connected it to a 4K display (no problem driving 3840x2160). If you need a simple computer that you can use for everyday work activities, this does it. I do not use PC to play games, but this doesn't have discrete video card, so I would not assume it to be good to play demanding games.

Great computer for the average person

It is plenty fast to browse the internet. I personally would like another 4 gb of memory but what this has is fine. I also like HP brand. I recommend this to almost anyone.

Obviously, technology has advanced quite a bit since then. This machine is much faster, but lacks some of the features my old machine had. I don’t really miss anything yet. So far, this does the job.

Good Price for Basic Machine

I immediately upgraded mine to 16gb of RAM and added a Nvidia 2gb graphics card. That has turned a basic machine into a small time gaming machine for less money than buying it pre-loaded.
