Popular controller at our house!

The only complaint I hear is the back removable black plate sometimes interferes while playing. Some like it on while others want to just take it off. I think it just comes down to personal preference. It is removable which solves this issue. The light up features are awesome and very cool. If I buy another controller it will probably be this one again.

Great product and support, questionable lifetime.

No real show or sign of wear. Tried contacting PDP support and they were helpful to guide me through attempting to reconfigure/reset but to no luck. They will be allowing me to exchange with the 2 year warranty though. So would still recommend even after this blunder.
