While the case fits snuggly and protects the system just fine, the colors of the front and back plates are slightly different. Also, the back plate had an extremely gaudy brand logo that sullies the overall aesthetic. If I had known this prior to purchase I might have opted for another protector.

Fits snugly, and the deco is amazing. The protector really makes the handheld standout, and any Legend of Zelda fan will appreciate the details.

Bought it because I’m a huge Zelda fan but overall this shell looks clean on any 3ds and helps if you drop it too

If you are a Zelda fan, this is an awesome case to accessorize your 3ds XL. It does make the 3ds a little bulky looking but a must have in all regards. It's also cheaper than the leather version of the zelda case.

I love this frame! It went on easy, stays on without interfering with usage, and even removes easily for cleaning. Would buy again.

I usually try to get any and all Zelda accessories, and when I saw this, I had to get it. Initial thoughts are mostly positive. While the design tries to go for a more "native" or "tribal" look, I think it would've been better with another design. Overall, still satisfied, as I ponder to get another case to keep this in the collection.

This clip armor looks and functions exactly the way I expected it to. The paint on my 3DS XL was chipping and would flake off on my hands every time I used it. Not only was that super annoying (and sad), it also looked horrible. This armor not only protects it somewhat, it also looks great. I love the TLoZ crest design on it, and the green color of the case pairs well with the red of my 3DS. I'm very satisfied with this case.

I love this case. It has helped protect my 3DS on many falls. I love the design also and I love how it's sturdy and not flimsy.

I was looking for a cover that would add some protection without adding bulk and this does both as well as look great too.
