    I bought this with the intention of giving it to my niece but turns out she has the smaller 3DS and they don't sell this one for the smaller unit. Sad... I'll hold on it though since I do have a 3DS XL

    The case it okay for minor drops. It's only a thin snap-on shell, though, so I doubt it would withstand a big accident.

    My 13-year-old really likes it. The color peaks through at the corners, so keep that in mind. The dark green kind of clashes with my kid’s red 3DS.

    My kid loves it. Provides protection from scratches. Don't know how well it will protect from accidental drops. if kid is over 9 would highly recommend it.

    It's a nice looking cover but once I put it on my 3ds I just felt like it would protect it from and damage like falling.

    I tried stickers to change the look of my dull black 3DS but they started to peel off within a day. This case is a nice alternative with zelda artwork.
