Bought this for my boyfriend and he totally loves it. Since we found the legends of Zelda: Majora's Mask new 3ds XL edition recently, the gold accents in the outside lining of the shell makes it really stand out. So definitely get it if your a zelda fan!

Perfect cut-outs for the new buttons on the new 3DS XL. Goes on easily and protects from scratches and general abuse. Not sure on drop protection as it's just a hard plastic shell. Better than nothing and my Zelda fan kids love it!

This case is wonderful! It fits my New 3DS XL perfectly, and it looks great, no matter if you have the red 3DS or the black one!

This is a hard plastic case that just snaps on and is a perfect fit on the 3DS XL. It doesn't feel bulky, and unlike rubbery/foam cases, it's easy to get in and out of pockets. It has no padding, but it's proven itself effective at protecting the DS from scratches. It's definitely better than having no case at all when the kids drop the DS. It's held up very well and even survived drops on tile and concrete without any chips or bad scratches. The Zelda design is cool and the kids love it.

If you like the Zelda series of games you'll love this case. Slim fit and doesn't interfere with your hands hitting buttons or the lid closing. So far (2 months) the pretty colors aren't showing any scratches or fading. If you're looking for a slip resistant case this is not it, just as slick if not slicker than without the case. I also have the leather Zelda themed pouch carrying case to keep it in. It fits in it fine with case and provides extra protection when not in use.

The cover seems very secure and even though it says it's not for impacts I'm sure it would offer a better degree of protection than nothing. You are able to charge and change games without removing the cover

This clip on case for the 3ds is pretty good, but its short on a couple of things. The lanyard slot is blocked, and the bottom faceplate is not as pretty as the front ( its full of the company's branding ). Other than that its a really good case for your new 3ds xl, especially since there aren't that many options

This clip armor has provided protection to my New 3DS XL thus far from scratches, food/drink stains and smudges, and it all does so while making it look cooler then plain black and still fits into my pocket.

This case snapped over my 3DS XL with ease. Appearance wise I like the look of the case. The decal won't just rub off. The case itself feels solid and durable and it will protect my 3DS XL for years to come.

It's great! It clips on easy and doesn't break or fall off! I love the design on the back too! You can take it off if you don't like it and put it back on if you want. It's a perfect item for Zelda fans!!

There isn't much to say about this, it clicks on and removes easy enough but it doesn't add much bulk to the system. It doubles and a clip on case and it makes it look good for any Zelda fans out there.

This product is nice, works to give further protection to your N3DS XL, however I got it too late as my limited editon Hyrule N3DS XL got a mean scratch... if I only had the money earlier...

This is a nice piece of Zelda merchandise. The artwork on the cover are a nice shiny gold. Although, this is very nice I will not be using it. The case will go into my LOZ collection unopened.

This clip armor for the Nintendo 3ds is very nice. The Zelda design is well printed, but as it's only available in one colour, it may clash with your 3ds system due to very clear gaps at the hinge area. As for protection, this isn't the case you will want if you're afraid of dropping your 3ds. However, it will protect it when in a bag alongside other items like keys or a charger. It doesn't add a lot of bulk to the device so it will often times fit in the same cases or pockets you are currently using.

I had no idea this item existed until entering the store. I'm glad I found it, as I always wanted something to make my New 3DS XL look that much cooler. This delivered that in spades!

This is a really cool case for the new 3DS XL. I love The Legend of Zelda and it is cool that there is a case that is not cheesy and offers great protection for the game system.

What can I say? For $14 this case was a steal. It clips on the the 3DS which lets me know it's secure and it won't slip off. But it also isn't bulky. It's just the right size
