My elite controller started to get joystick drift on both joysticks. I return my elite controller after 1 1/2 years of having it. They discontinued the elite series until the elite 2 controller comes out in Nov 4 2019 I preordered the elite 2 controller with the store credit that I got today Oct 4 2019. I have 2 wait 1 full month. For the mean time I bought this controller which has reprogrammable back buttons which I am a costumed from using the elite. For the price of $25 bucks I really like it. I highly recommend it. The only con for me is the controller is really slippery. I bought a controller adhesive grip on Amazon for 10 bucks. I am 100% sure that once I add the adhesive grip when I get it in the mail I will be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend to getting this controller also go with the 2 year warranty for only $5.99.

Pros: Software useable on PC (I manage to use the software) Cheap, yet affordable 2 back buttons (even though I don't use them) Cons: Sticky buttons (I had this specifically for Rivals of Aether {Indie Smash Bros with original characters and inspired movesets for each character with Shovel Knight and Ori and Sein as guests respectively} and it got sticky with the buttons after 40 hours of usages since my purchase with this controller.) Thoughts: It's alright for a controller. It's cheap, affordable, and perfect for the budget, but keep in mind if you sweat a lot with this controller, it'll get sticky. I'd get this for like FPS games or anything that doesn't involve mashing buttons constantly with the XABY buttons.

Bought 2 of these controllers from Best Buy and tested them out. The first day it worked fine until I started playing games that constantly require you to push buttons ex. Dragon Ball Fighterz, Call of Duty, Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite. After only a couple of days the (x) button started to stick. I thought it would only be a one time thing but it did it continuously to the point where I had to stop playing and swap to my old controller. I returned both after only several days of use and paid the extra money and bought an official Microsoft Xbox one controller. It’s a nice looking controller but I wouldn’t take a chance on it if you’re a hardcore gamer. This would be great for kids who don’t show as much care in their things.

I really wanted to love this gaming controller. It has excellent mapping software that can be downloaded and installed, and worked great for the first 2 months. Then the left upper button became very hard to press. I don't think I will try this brand again.

This controller is really bad. The buttons get sticky after a week of use. Last week, I got this controller. Legit use it for 10 minutes and my triggers got stuck. Don't use this controller.

Overall the initial feel of the controller was good but after trying again and again to get the software to recognize the controller, it just wouldn't. I was unable to remap the rear paddles at all. The extra software is required to remap the buttons otherwise you are stuck with whatever the default is. Also just as a note. The paddles are considered duplicates of face buttons and not their own buttons so you can not use the buttons as macros or button combinations.

Plugging in any headset to the headset port makes the controller stop working along with a "This device has malfunctioned" message in Windows 10.
