Love the convenience of using this remote instead of my Playstation remote at the times, great quality and response.

I bought this remote to replace the older model. The long, narrow one with way too many useless buttons. I love the streamlined design of this remote but one thing that really bugs me is that there aren’t any volume buttons. The old remote had them. Not sure why they took them off.

I purchased this remote after my “official” PS4 remote fell from my nightstand and broke. The PDP remote is small and only has the essential buttons which is nice. However, the navigation arrows are too close to the circle, X, square, and triangle buttons and are easily pressed by accident.

but I have one gripe and it's the arrow "buttons." It's a hard click when you press down on them, and they're loud. I don't understand why it's so hard to make a PS4 remote with good arrow buttons. The official PS3 remote had the best implementation with the arrow keys being on a "disk." Other than that it's much better than the previous PDP PS4 remote. Some of the buttons on that thing weren't even compatible with certain streaming services, like HULU. But all the buttons work on this new remote. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the arrow buttons.

This remote has made it much easier to use my PS4 as a gaming system AND blu ray. I got tired of trying to adapt the PS4 controller to the needs of blu Ray disc menus. Only thing is it goes through batteries a bit more quickly than your average tv/blu ray remote

Only downfall are the right,left,up & down buttons. Kind of close to center and outer buttons. Just have to take your time. Had the other longer remote hated it. I would definitely buy this again.

I used turn on and off my controller every time, now, I don’t have to, the remote control is perfect in size and simple to use when you stream movies or videos on your PS4

Well. I love this almost 100% it makes it easier than using the ps4 controller. The only issue I have. Is that the navigation buttons (left,right,up,down) are small for my big hands and I hit different buttons. But that’s the only issues. Helps save battery on the DS4. Well worth it especially if u get it on sale as I did.

big time gamer here so im very particular who handles my PS4 controllers. usually my friends who arent gamers use the controller they mess up something or say its confusing. i bought this for that reason. honestly works better than i assumed. i guess thats what i get for assuming.

This was way better than the bigger PS4 remote. It’s much more user friendly, in that it doesn’t have a million buttons I won’t use.

It's a good remote. Would be 5 stars if the direction arrow buttons were more pronounced. It's easy to mis-click as they are recessed.

love it makes watching hulu and utube easy and great for the web only downside is it uses up batteries fairly fast

I purchased this remote for watching a Blue-ray movies on the PS4. The bad thing about it is the location of the 4 main buttons like the X button is too close with the scroll buttons. When you try to scroll down for example, my big finger can hit the X button also. I would give it a better rating if they would place the 4 main buttons somewhere else on the remote.

it works great I use it daily a great buy one thing is get rechargeable batteries as it uses reg. ones fast

We weren't sure how this remote would work with our Playstation but we were tired of using the game remote for Netflix. This was an awesome choice. It makes everything so much easier. I highly recommend it.

Makes it very easy to watch movies and use the controls rather than having to try to use the controller. Highly recommended for anyone that uses their PS4 for movies

Great for quick booting your PS4 before gaming or watching Blu-Rays. A bit overpriced for its functionality and some of the buttons are too close together.

I will all media app like funimation,ps vue,youtube and more but it darin battery qiuick if you it all the time i would get rechargeable batteries for it

It makes playing blu-rays much easier that using the PS4 controller. It will not do anything for sound or control any other device.
