Its all one plate and i tried to take it off but then there is a hole in the back of it with no flat plate to cover it. Just not comfortable when not using the paddles for certain games.

Brand new unopended box and missing components is unacceptable. Even tried to find the white skin for sale on its own, which isn’t available. As far as usage goes, the controller works great.
