Headphone port shocks me, Xbox home button 80% of the time takes me to power off options instead of menu sidebar. Very glitchy.

Controller was very small and felt cluncky, the paddles are practically useless

I really liked this initially. Good feel, and they have the best way to remap buttons - no software needed, can instantly do it on the fly in the middle of a game. Solid feel, good sticks and buttons that have held up over a lot of games. But the sticks lose the quality of the movement over time. I'm currently playing Hogwarts, and I found that they can no longer do a good job of holding position in diagonals. There's an in-game task to unlock things, and you have to move the sticks around the circle to find the spot and then hold it there. And this controller no longer can do the diagonal positions, holding the stick there completely unmoving, and the game is reading that the sticks are jumping around quite a bit so you can't even use the controller now for this feature, I have to reach up to use the keyboard. Disappointing.

I really like the adjustable triggers. I assume they are digital because even adjusted to a low setting you can still use for driving games without limiting throttle. It does feel faster to me but I the build itself doesn't feel that premium to me. Just doesn't feel solid like an Elite or even the Fusion Pro.

Definitely the fastest and most responsive controller on the market. Yes, the controller does feel pretty plastic and could use extra weight. But maybe this is something that will be fixed in the next version. In terms of response / input delay on PC, there is not a controller that comes close to this. Best controller for fortnite competitive.

This is a very responsive controller for the price. The build quality is solid but most of it feels like cheap plastic especially the face buttons. My main issue with the controller is the paddles, both the 2 and the 4 paddle plates are designed to sit more flush with the grip. To press the paddles you have to squeeze the middle of your fingers into the paddles which is extremely tiresome and inconsistent. This is very similar to the fusion pro and elite, where the paddles are extremely difficult to spam and press quickly because you have to squeeze your whole finger into them instead of clicking with your fingertips like on the razer wolverine ultimate. These paddles do not perform well in fast paced situations. Also the menu buttons are in the WORST possible place at the top of the controller. To bring up the mini map in most games you have to move your thumb over the top of the thumbstick instead of to the side. This may seem like it's not a big deal but in game it is extremely frustrating because it actually takes twice as long to press the menu buttons compared to normal xbox controllers. They claim that this was designed by esports players but I highly doubt that because these design issues would never be approved by gamers that tested the controller. I think the razer wolverine ultimate is a much better choice especially now that it is the same price on sale. Paddles placed underneath the fingertips are simply superior. Hopefully they come out with a different backplate design which will significantly improve this controller

Love it. So far the best Xbox remote I’ve owned for ufc 5 online fighting. Very responsive and no lag.. I’ve bought 6 pro controllers and this one is my favorite by far and is half the price.. def worth the money.. $

This controller according to the numbers might be the best for competitive online gaming. It also cost over 50% less than most other professional controllers. All the things it can do like hair triggers and back buttons to it's price, This product has so much value.

Controllers are one of my favorite things. I have about 12 different ones for use with Xbox Series X and PC. Most are good to great. This one is not. It's absolutely garbage. It's the only controller I ever returned. It's too lightweight, has hair trigger buttons and overall, poorly constructed. Do NOT waste your time or money on this! Nearly anything else is better. Look at options from PowerA. Much better quality.

Wrong item. They reordered and canceled the order. Called them and found while waiting on refund that I needed a return label. I’ve done all the work for them no compensation or offer to make it better.
