The jump from the factory xbox controller from the series x to this is amazing, i’ve never been that good at videogames like fortnite and Warzone, but with this controller I have to admit, i’ve gotten a little better, for anyone wanting to step up their game a little bit more, this is the controller you should buy.

One of if not the best controller i have ever used.

Would recomand anytime to anyone! It’s like it was designed by someone who plays long sessions.

The first one I purchased stopped connecting to the dongle within about 30 days. No idea why dongle would not power up. I have replaced the first one and the second one now does random 180s in the middle of my games. It is very aggravating, especially in COD. I will be returning this and trying one more time before I switch brands all together

This controller has poor customer support and virtually no updates to the app required to update the firmware. If you’re trying to use it on PC, have Windows 11, and use Steam you’re going to run into problems right away because it will not update. The company has not successfully addressed compatibility issues. Search “Could not connect Victrix Pro BFG” to see what i mean. Best Buy should not be carrying such a shoddy product. It reflects poorly.

Had no problems using this controller on my gaming systems.

You can just change the joysticks if you get stick drift which you can get for 40$ not bad!

I like the fact that the triggers have so many different settings.

Bought it to find a more comfortable replacement to the stock XBOX controller. And while a bit more comfortable, I feel like some of the product description is false. The shoulder trigger settings claim you can set to 5 different stop depths, the problem, even in the deepest setting, it still reacts like a hair trigger, the slightest bump registers a full press. Was so bad I had to go back to my other controllers cause it kept misfiring. Second issue, is the face buttons....how can they be this mushy on a 170+$ controller? They feel like they are in mud. End of the day I will most likely return, the product talks a alot of cool features, but they fell very short of expectations.

Tried this controller out and thr triggers are extremely sensitive (even with changing the deadzones in the software) the accesories and all the other parts of the controller work great but the menu buttons are completely in the wrong places to be easily pressed, on top of that there is a button in the middle of the controller on the back that if you bump it will disconnect the controller for a few moments ( would be infuriating when playing competitive games.) overall.. i really can't recommend this over the xbox elite controller. Concept: very cool. Execution: awful.

Works fantastic with my Xbox series s. Great response time and having multiple programmable combinations with the back buttons it’s very convenient for multiple games without having to reprogram it every time.

Great product, need to be cheaper in price, will maybe recommend it.

So i have used this controller for almost every game i play now. Great for fighting games. Only thing is you have to download software and program buttons, but once it's done it's flawless from there. So far i haven't had any issues.

Absolutely amazing! I love this controller! I'm not a pro but this controller is still easy to understand with the quick button settings and it feels great and ergonomic!
