I've been meticulously trying out controllers for months. I really want a wireless Xbox controller with hall effects sticks to end stick drift and you can replace the sticks on this controller pretty easily. I did end up returning pdp victrix but not because it was bad. It's super nice. The extra options and extra button replacement for the d pad is great for fighting games. The buttons are possibly the smoothest I've pressed. The back buttons you can remap are really easy to program but unfortunately placed terribly for my long fingers which is why I chose to return it.

Love this controller! In the past I used the victrix gambit and loved that too. This is a great addition to my competitive gaming collection

The controller build itself was great and felt good in the hands. However when using the 2.4ghz dongle the connection was very laggy, and having to run it with the supplied cord, you might as well get the Gambit. For some reason when connected to my headset i was un able to use my mic and I tried many times through the app, settings and in game audio with no luck.

This product is incredibly high quality, the only thing i wish the company did was give the option for one controler to play both xbox and ps5

I bought these as a open box item. For the value of this control, the price was unbeatable, extremely responsive to controlls!

Stay away from this product. They will promise you warranty but once you claimed they will ask you for a bunch of requirements. Like video, and a lot more. Once you complied, they will tell you to ship the cheap broken controller to them. They will try to fix it then give it back to you. Meaning you will be out of controller for almost 2 weeks. Customer service is also rude. They do not practice the proper customer service manners. They will argue with you to make sure that you will not get a warranty. Most big and known gaming companies, when you complain they will sent you a new one, together with a return label for you to send the broken one. This company is different. They will blame you if you do not reply quick, like you need to revolve your life to them. I bought a RAZER WOLVERINE V3, that controller is legit and when I asked their customer service about warranty. They told me that they will replace the broken unit ASAP. On top of that the RAZER WOLVERINE V3 is a top of the line gaming controller. All my co-workers are using that controller. I should listen

Didnt like the controller. Has a heavy bad electronic smell when you use it. The triggers are so sensitive. I adjusted them through a pc with the app but still sucks. Its a cool design and the button swapp is nice to have. But not worth the hassle to me.

This is an excellent controller for gamin. The long control stick is great for long fingers like mine. I will recommended this to a gamer
