I bought this for my wife and she is really rough with it, yet it works perfectly even after all that. Very nice, I am almost never let down when I buy from Best buy.

Have bought two of these controllers one after another about a year apart. Not the greatest but the problem with it is if you have dirty hands it gets in the buttons way easier than a standard Xbox controller. So definitely not for kids but an adult it's alright. Good to get you by until you get what you really wanted. Compatible with Xbox and PC

Very comfortable to use been having it for a good year and still works good grip and vibration. Along with a mute botton would recommend.

My daughter uses it when she place her gaming pc and she loves it. She has had it for 7 years with no issurs.

Not wanting to unplug my Razer Wolverine V2 from my desktop every time I wanted to game on the go with my laptop, I needed another Windows 10 gamepad. I tried the new official Xbox Series X gamepad from Microsoft. The Y button failed consistently. I exchanged it for another. Same issue. I returned it and bought this for literally half the price. For $29.99, this wired gamepad is an option second to only a true premium choice like the above Razer gamepad (highly recommended as well). I cannot stress this enough, the bang for your buck factor on this gamepad is a top selling point. This is a 4.5 star product made 5 by a great cost of entry. But does it work? I was relieved to experience firm, responsive face buttons and accurate, smooth thumb sticks. A bulky but swappable USB-C cable was a nice touch. Solid ergonomics and surprisingly good overall hand feel round out the big upsides. Triggers and bumpers are good enough but not great - mostly because the plastic they used feels cheaper than the rest of the controller. The bumpers feel big to me as well and seem to be an area where they may have unnecessarily deviated from prototypical design. Most of these issues do disappear shortly after a play session begins once I warm up to the gamepad, but the bumpers are still always a bit clunky. If you prefer or don't care about your gamepad being wired, I recommend this pad over the official Xbox Series X pad or maybe any other wired option. I still like my Razer Wolverine V2 more, but I paid $70 more for it so one has to wonder which has the higher value?

I only play games on the PC, but I had a few games I wanted to play that are best experienced with a controller, so I was looking for an inexpensive controller that would work with my PC. This one was recommended to me by a Best Buy staff member, and it's very nice! I have small hands, and it's super comfortable to hold and and easy to use. Much higher quality than I was expecting, considering the price. Definitely would recommend it if you're looking for an affordable & simple controller!

Excellent. Connect to the PC or Xbox and play. buttons are sensitive and never stuck. Vibrations are fantastic. I got another one.

I got exasperated using a standard keyboard as a game controller on my Windows PC. So I decided to get a game console controller that works under Windows. This one fits the bill perfectly. It is essentially plug and play. And my Windows games immediately recognize it as a console controller. I also like the Windows version of the PDP Control Hub that can calibrate it.

Been using this controller for over a year now. Still very sturdy still works fine. I even dropped it once or twice. The only thing is I wish the D pad was more like more modern controllers but otherwise it's a very sturdy. Very good quality controller.

My kid used it so I can't say much. It lasted a good amount of time and I say this because my kid is a serial abuser of controllers.
