    This lite, thinner version is better than the regular width because it is more flexible. The full size is really stiff and falls off one's shoulder too easily. The button connectors are convenient but hard to press.

    I would not recommend this if you have a heavy lens/camera. It is too slim and therefore can be a little uncomfortable. I got the slide lite instead and I Think that’s a much better idea. If you have a mirror less with a small lens and it’s not heavy, then this may be okay but DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE HEAVY STUFF

    Gives me a good length. However, the little ties can come undone from the base, putting your camera in jeopardy of falling. So I hooked it to the normal spot on top of the camera. Had i had known i would have kept looking for another one.
