Customers enjoy the convenience of using the Clip tracker with Google's Find My Device network. However, some users have experienced difficulties with connectivity, reporting issues with initial setup and the overall range of the device. The Bluetooth-only connection is also a point of concern for some customers when compared to competing products. Improvements to the connectivity and setup process would enhance the user experience.

It does a decent job of tracking but it uses Bluetooth and not UWB like AirTags, but this is definitely the best tracker for Android.

I’ve been using the Pebblebee Clip for a while now, and it’s a solid improvement over the older model. The biggest upgrade? Rechargeable—no more fiddling with replaceable batteries like the previous version. Just plug it in via USB-C, and it’s good to go, which is a major convenience.
The 200-foot Bluetooth range is reliable for everyday use, whether I’m tracking my keys, backpack, or even my pet. The loud built-in speaker makes it easy to find when I use the app’s ring feature, though it could be a tad louder in noisy environments. I also appreciate the water resistance, which gives me peace of mind when using it outdoors.
One standout feature is the Crowd Locate network, which helps track the Clip even when it’s out of Bluetooth range—though this depends on other Pebblebee users nearby. The battery life is great, lasting a few months with moderate use, and recharging is quick.
That said, the app could use some improvements it is functional but feels a bit basic compared to competitors like Tile. Also, while the durable clip is handy, it’s not as sturdy as I’d like for heavy-duty use.
Overall, the Pebblebee Clip is a worthwhile upgrade especially for those who hated replacing batteries. It’s not perfect, but for the price, it delivers reliable tracking and useful features. If Pebblebee refines the app and strengthens the clip design, this could be a top-tier tracker. Solid 3/5 stars.

Works great. Once I figured out the initial setup needed a double click that is a click-pause-click double click and not a quick click-click, the rest was simple.
