Great TV and picture. Nicely packaged and delivered on time. It's great to have the bracket included. Please note that the bracket attaches to the lower half of the back of the tv, so consider that when installing. The TV started up really quick and easy, and has a great picture. Only drawback is the audio is a bit low, but this would only be an issue if you have a huge yard. Otherwise 5/5 rating on this TV considering price versus quality. Planning on spending all my free time outside!

First off, for the price you will not find a better outdoor rated TV in my opinion. This is our second outdoor tv from Peerless-AV . The first we sold with our house because the buyer wanted it. At our new house I built it into our outdoor fireplace just like our first house. Regarding picture, it’s a pretty good picture , if your spoiled with an indoor OLED you will notice for sure but the picture is a bit better then our older Peerless model. This model is also lighter. Our first model was straight metal casing, this one is more of a plastic composite and also upgraded the area where you can plug in your firetv or roku. The earc is new as well and it works but you have to manually go into to advanced settings to get it to sync up with your soundbar. If your tv is out in the open like mine then daytime viewing will not be great with this TV but I knew that going in since it’s more for dusk/ night time viewing. Sound is ok but I have a Sonos beam sound-bar that I easy hook into and can disconnect if the weather is going to be bad since the Sonos isn't waterproof . Because Sonos is easy to disconnect I just leave the wires hooked into the tv and when I need to hook it right back up without losing settings in the tv.

Great tv for our outside patio. Easy to set up and the cable routing will be secure. The outside rated mount was very easy to install and an added bonus as it was included. Hopefully we’ll get years of use out of this! The price and shipping speed were hard to beat.

beautiful picture, easy setup, Roku friendly. ordered it to replace previous [house] owner's poor attempt at outside patio tv. was shopping for shade/partial, and needed a 55" minimum. found this unit to be fairly well priced to competitors, and a big fan of LG (have 2 OLEDs and 1 nanoLED). was my BestBuy team's first install for Peerless unit; had no problems. enjoyed it right away (Netflix and Youtube). free mounting-bracket appreciated.

We bought this TV to put under our patio so a shaded area. The delivery experience was unusual as this TV is shipped via a third party. After ordering there was a discrepancy between the Best Buy expected delivery date and the shippers delivery date. Once the shippers site indicated "Out for Delivery" we were notified about 3 hours before the actual delivery (i.e. called us at 230 for a 530 delivery). Keep that in mind and have some flexibility. The connection panel on the back will fit an Orei HdbaseT unit in it. Now whether that will stay cool, I have yet to figure out, but the opening in ample for containing small pieces of equipment. The Picture Quality overall is pretty good. One thing to remember is that there is no glare protection on the screen so reflections and such are visible on the screen and will wash out the picture, just like an indoor TV. I was able to verify that the TV switched to HDR mode when provided a proper signal and that the color/brightness settings provide a large amount of adjustment. The remote is robust and water resistant (supposedly) but is very directional. I had to point remote directly at TV, but that is just the way IR is. The mount is appreciated, but very simple. The mount provides some tilt capability, but that's about it. I have always hated the "It's a $199 value for free" kind of marketing as that makes you focus on the mount and wonder if you can get the TV without the mount and save $199. Do I like the TV? Oh heck yeah, the case is solid, the picture good and it's just plain awesome relaxing outside. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this TV again at the $2000 price point

I have been investigating outdoor TV's for my new screened porch and noticed the reviews for the Peerless Neptune were very good. Also, the price for the Neptune is great for outdoor TV's and it includes an outdoor mount! The TV just got delivered so I haven't had a chance to see the picture yet, but the reviews, price and delivery were great! Looking forward to seeing it mounted above my fireplace!

The Picture quality is great! This was quite a bit less than other outdoor TV's and we couldn't be happier with it. Was able to go with the bigger TV (65") due to the cost difference. The TV also included a bracket which was nice. If you need to pull the TV away from the wall, you might still need to purchase another bracket though as the included one only mounts and tilts. We paired the TV up with outdoor speakers and a sonos system which makes it even better. It is really easy to operate and is very well made. We couldn't be happier with it so far!

I did a lot of research on every brand of outdoor tv before buying this one, and I made the right decision. First, it’s extremely bright. I was worried about which outdoor tv to buy because mine lives under a pergola, so it’s definitely not in a full shade enviroment. Instead of shelling out double the price of this, I took a chance on this one working and it’s absolutely perfect. Next, the speakers on this are very good. Many reviews for other brands talk about how the speakers are garbage and you end up having to spend another $2k on an outdoor sound bar. Not with this one. I highly recommend.

Great TV for our outdoor room! I researched high and low for a great outdoor TV at a very good price point and definitely found it at Best Buy! The installation was flawless as well! 5 Stars!

Neighbor had Neptune 55" Inch installed and I was impressed -- so I had to one-up him and go the 65" inch route. You can't beat the price point - 65" is $1,000+ less than the name brand 55". Plus, you have the confidence of an LG Panel. Installation/mounting was a breeze. I opted for an articulating mount given my back yard. Excited for the MLB Playoffs!

Great tv for the price. It came with a tv mount which was great. The picture and sound is great. We got it for our outside pool area.

Don't be alarmed by the price. Outdoor TVs are not your ordinary TV. This TV has a covered component hook up section that was a little intimidating at first, but, it all made sense. Great TV, great picture, great sound. Great purchase for my outdoor entertainment area. The included wall mount bracket made it a breeze to install.

We looked at several makes of outdoor TVs and settled on the Peerless-AV Neptune 65" model. We have been very pleased with our selection. The picture is very bright and the quality of the picture is great. I feel this TV is a great buy when compared to the price of the competitors' models.

Excellent Outdoor TV for the price. You can tell it is made with quality, and sealed to last outdoors. Connected quickly to my Direct TV, and was good to go, picture looked great. I do wish they offered a higher speed megahertz chip for faster moving sports. You can really tell a difference in thought when you step up to attributes more readily available in less expensive indoor models. This will be perfect for what we were needing.

A fantastic addition to our outdoor patio. The Mount was super easy to place on our stone fireplace and the TV looks and sounds fantastic. Works well in shade as well as partial sun parts of the afternoon.

I had the 65' Neptune TV installed in a pool cabana. The picture is amazing and pretty bright for different times of day. Very happy with this purchase. I had ben reviewing other Outdoor TVs for a while, and Neptune is a great price/quality option.

I had a similar experience with the delivery, not to BestBuy's fault directly, but still relevant to my experience. The TV arrived in my city 10 days before it was scheduled to be delivered. On delivery day, the tv was not loaded onto the truck. I called and went over to pick it up myself because they could not guarantee delivery the very next day. Not a huge deal, but certainly an inconvenience. About the TV. We purchased this TV because of cost. At $2,000, it is the least expensive outdoor-rated TV we could get. I am incredibly picky about my TVs and was a little disappointed at the edge backlight bleeding around the edges that I see on this TV at night. It makes watching a movie not as enjoyable, but for sports or anything you watch that is bright and covers the entire screen, the TV is excellent. I reached out to the manufacturer, and their responses were quick, but they said that light bleed is a natural occurrence when the LCD is natively “Edge-Lit,” which the Neptune is. Light bleed can seem more apparent when viewing it in a dark environment, such as outside at night, due to the lack of ambient light. However, it is considered a normal occurrence and not a defect. I showed the pictures to the staff at Best Buy and they said it was a defect, but replacing this TV, because it is not sold at stores, forces one to bring it back to the store, get credit, and order a new one and wait for the TV to arrive. Overall, I give this TV a fair rating. At $2,000, I expected a little better, but given that this TV needs to be bright to perform well outdoors, I understand that the black levels will not be good, like my OLED TVs. I couldn't make myself spend more money on a TV, like the Samsung Terrace, but that would have been my choice if I had an extra $3,000 laying around.

Pictures looks good if there some shade as advertised. The mount seems to work well. The sound is decent and will work well until I can get an outdoor sounds system installed.
