Purchased the Neptune 65" Shade Series TV for my Patio. Great TV and great service. We always look at Best Buy first.

Very nice TV for outdoors in FL, so far so good. Everything is sealed up nicely to protect from the humidity, so only time will tell how long it will hold up over time.

I purchase a 65 in peerless outside tv and in a years time the screen turned different colors.I contacted peerless and was told to send a picture of screen and opening if back of tv.Then was told to ship tv to them.Note that there wasn’t any damage to the tv,but when they said they received the tv they stated the screen was cracked and they warrant going to repair or replace.So now I’m out of a tv.I will never purchase any products from this company again.Buyers beware!

this Tv is amazing and what's even better with the extreme temperatures hot or cold I don't have to worry about keep taking it in .

This tv is awesome and really happy with the geek squad for doing exactly what I asked! My only wish was that the sound was better but a bonus that the speakers were ncludes which isn’t true with most outdoor TV’s

Do not buy this TV. If your looking for an outdoor TV you might as well get something more reasonable. I had this TV for less than 8 months. It stopped working. Best buy advised to work with the manufacture and it was still under warranty. Peerless was no help and blamed me for the TV not working and claimed I dropped it which I didn't. They offered me a refurbished TV for $1500. Again do not buy this TV, and I'm seeing similar comments to mine. Best Buy couldn't help either. So I'm out $2200 for a TV that was used less than 10 times. DO NOT BUY THIS TV. Unfortunately this will make it hard to buy something from best buy again. They should not be carrying this product.

Comes with an outdoor mount and that's a plus. A great TV but there is moderate edge bleed from the edge lit LED in black screen. This is mostly when watching at night in movie format. If watching a show that occupies the whole screen, no issue at all. Not really visible during the day. I cant really blame the TV. 65 inch and bigger TVs tend to do this. A direct lit TV would cost significantly more. The picture looks great with sports and action without delay despite 60 hz refresh rate and great color saturation. A simple Firestick in 4k UHD takes care of the smart TV issues. Plenty bright for shaded daytime use. I mounted it with the Samsung terrace sound bar directly using the optical cable and it sounds amazing. The sound bar also Bluetooth's to your phone to play music so double win. the sound bar is crisp, clear and can get quite loud without distortion. Louder than my neighbors would probably tolerate. Assuming a little edge bleed at night doesn't make you nuts, its the best out there for the money. The total cost for the TV, sound bar, TV mount and mounting ($600 because needed to run outdoor electrical with electrician) was almost $1000 less than the Samsung TV by itself.

Just purchase the TV on July 16th it was delivered a week or so later. I now have spots forming behind the screen making the viewing unpleasant. Tried to contact customer service and was told it's outside of the warranty. Nothing they can do.

The quality of this tv is top notch. However, we did have trouble with the 2 remotes that came with it. We finally figured out that our old remote actually worked better. If there is a way for 1 remote to control everything that would make it so much easier! But I would definitely buy this tv again.

Beautiful tv, amazing picture and pretty good sound quality. It's nice that mount is included as well everything you need in one box. Value is really high here, no tv comes close in terms of price and value for what you get. happy customer.

I ordered two of the Neptune 65" Shade Series TV's for my backyard pavilion that we built. They are GREAT TV's for the price. The wall mounts that come with them are a really nice touch and made the process very easy to install them. Could not be happier with them.
