I’m reviewing the transaction here, simply because I ended up returning the TV unopened because it was too big for the intended space. The online purchasing experience and the delivery experience ( as well as the return ) were flawless. I can honestly say Best Buy has got that service element down pat. Easy on every end. I don’t know if the TV is good but I do know when the delivery truck driver came to pick it up, he said he’d never ever heard of this brand. :-).

This TV is beautiful. Great value. Will use a fire stick to stream so no cable box needed outside.

Just got this TV installed in our new outdoor entertaining space. It picture quality looks great and it looks like it's built to last. I was going to just buy a regular indoor TV given how cheap they are now compared to most outdoor TVs, but given the price of this one compared to the other outdoor TV brands, I couldn't resist. Glad I made the purchase.

Needed a large outdoor TV. Purchased outdoor TV's elsewhere in the past, weren't that great. Best Buy's Associates were knowledgeable and very helpful. They understood our needs and found the appropriate product very quickly. Very easy to deal with.

Product is good for outside use. This TV has no glares and shaded areas.

Bought the 86 in full sun outdoor tv just sbout 3 years ago and its dark around all edges. Have not even ysed the tv that much. I called then to find out about repairing it and i was told that its pretty much useless now , but i can spend thouusands go ship it to then to see if it can be reapsired and then spend thousands to ship ut bsck. I dont think if you are paying 12000 for a tv tgis is the place or the brand you want. Dont say i didnt warn you!
