Wanted this to work but it has to thick of a tip for note taking and I use Evernote and the palm rejection only works with certain apps.

At first I was a bit skeptical due to its size and shape, but once I just got fed up with the really cheap ones, and those other brands I decided to go for it! Loved it and you get a premium app from 53 with all the bells and whistles.

After showing my daughter this pencil, and seeing that it was on sale, we decided to pick it up in an attempt to do something easy and fun together. As far a digital art tools go, this is a very good product. Both of us agreed that the tip of it was a little too soft, but it still had great accuracy and response when using it. It doesn't seem as high quality as the Apple Pencil, but if you are looking for more of an info product to see if digital art is for you, then this might be the perfect product.

I really like that this stylus is made of walnut wood, and that it has a built in eraser on the top end. I only wish that the tip was thinner and a little bit stiffer. That would make it easier to draw with.

I mainly purchased to take notes in my college class. Works better than other stylus, love the eraser function. Pairs well with Microsoft One Note.

This pen isn't bad. I just don;t like the rubber tip. It feels funny. Doesn't really work on Notes but other apps works great.

The pencil by 53 works great in the paper by 53 app. The Palm rejection isn't perfect, but it's pretty close. The only downside is the panel where you pick your pen type and color and where you touch to switch to typing or to add a page are all at the bottom of the screen, so even if you have the panel minimized, if you have your hand resting on the screen it sometimes triggers it to open while your drawing or writing. I think it would be better if that was located at the stop of the screen instead so it wouldn't be in the way. The pencil is also supposed to supported by the Microsoft one note app, which is why I bought it to begin with, but the palm rejection is not all that great in one note, plus the tip is a pit large for actual writing. It does ok, as long as you write large letter, or in cursive without picking the tip up off the screen. It's also compatible with sketch book. It does well with digital painting, in my opinion, it you hold it like an actual paint brush because your hand isn't actually touching the screen. So it really depends what you want to use it for, as to whether or not I'd recommend it. For writing, no, but for digital painting, yes.

I like this product do to the fact, it's easy to use. I do find that the nib is quite bulky after having used the Apple Pencil.

Got this pencil to use with Paper App. It works very well allowing me to do everything I wanted. It works well with all other IPad Apps. The pencil works and feels like a regular pencil including an eraser at the end. Pencil charges easily and has a long life. Highly recommend this product.

This is just another stylus. Not bad, not great, but works fairly well all things considering. Better for drawing than for note taking.

After using a tiny cheap stylus for so long it was amazing to use this pen and take advantage of all the features it has. I love that it cancels out your wrist so you can actually rest your hand comfortably on your device and the set up process is as simple as can be. I have already recommended it to many of my friends and can't go anywhere without it.

Overall, works well, both with the Paper app it's designed for and with other pen-enabled software on the iPad. Full functionality with the 53 Paper app is spotty and inconsistent. Eraser function doesn't always work. Had the pen less than a week, stored in its original packaging when not in use, and had to change the eraser tip. Even then, eraser function only works part of the time.

I was looking for decent pen for notes taking on my iPad air 2, and Fifty three is only third party pencil thats supported by Microsoft one note. Few points to note -Build quality is excellent -feels good in hand -setup is very easy -But never same as regular pencil or expensive apple pencil
