really good with all the dlc included truly definitive and better graphics and 60 fps

Best JRPG I’ve played sunk a lot of hours into this game is worth its price for the contents and hours of game play. Never played a Persona game prior to 5 Royal and now I’m hooked. Great story, great characters and overall great game.

Played this on Xbox Gamepass. Slept on this one. I fell in love with it. The Xbox Steelbook was sold out, so I bought the PS5 Steelbook

You really need to know that the Persona series defines rpgs. Jrpgs have always had the pleasure of being quirky and now that Megaten madness sweeps the genre with every iteration I could not be happier!

Persona 5 Royal has been one of if not my favorite game of all time since I first played it on the PS4. And this time it’s no different. The only advantage with the PS5 release is an increase from 30 to 60 fps. It feels better than ever to play, although I wish they made more improvements to make the PS5 version more of an upgrade. If you’ve never played the game I highly recommend this version. If you have played it before, I would consider if the higher price is worth buying for a higher fps. For me it was! And the steelbook is just as nice as the PS4 version, although I might prefer the design of the PS4 steelbook more. Play. This. Game!

Nothing special with this edition, the disc comes in a steelbook, which is kinda plain imo. The game itself is very stylish, modern, and enjoyable. Great music, crazy story, and you get to hang out with a babe named Ann!

eventhough no free upgrade from PS4 or cross save its still a great game and the $25 BF deal is a steal

Plays and looks great on the PS5. Includes all the orginal DLC if you have played it previously on PS4

I personally love JRPG games. Persona Games have never disappointed.

Steelbook is awesome, even though I bought this on PS4 already. Pre-ordered for pickup only to find out now store near me got a copy, so the only choice was shipping or refund. Why offer store pick up then ghost your buyer? There are other issues, which makes paying $60 for this for non existent upgrade quite disappointing.

Besides the updated resolution and improved load times, this is pretty much the same as the original release. Worth it if you've never played P5 yet and pretty much all the DLC is included as well. Recommended!

Easily one of the best RPG’s you can play on PlayStation 5. Highly recommended! Incredible 100+ hour game with a great story, amazing characters and excellent gameplay.

I purchased this even after purchasing the ps4 version and the original Persona 5 as well. I’m giving this 3 stars because the game is amazing however charging full price for this game as well as not being able to transfer your save file from the ps4 version makes no sense. Including all of the DLC is nice but not worth charging the full 60 bucks.

The steelbook is pretty nice. Also comes with a sleeve. As for the game, if you haven't played Persona 5 yet then you're in for a great experience.

After playing the original, playing Royal felt like a fresh experience. It adds a lot of new content and the 60fps on PS5 is a huge gameplay upgrade.

I have been wanting to play Persona 5 for years, but it seemed every time I was near to pulling the trigger they would release a new version of it. First there was Persona 5, with a TON of paid DLC. Then they released a revised version called Persona 5 Royal, yet curiously ALSO with tons of paid DLC. Finally released for PS5 is the definitive edition of Persona 5 with better graphics performance, all the DLC included for free, and packaged in a very pretty steelbook case. If you have been wanting to play the acclaimed RPG, this is the version to get.

Awesome game. If you haven't played the PS4 versions. This would be the perfect time. The enhancements aren't so different from the PS4 versions tho.

This game is one of the best games I have ever played. Glad they came out with a physical copy for ps5 and the steelbook is a cool addition

What can you say it’s Persona 5, I don’t know which steelbook version is best but options are nice
