Persona 5 is a fun Japanese-Style Role Playing Game (RPG) that hooks you in from the opening sequence to the very ending. In Persona 5, you parttime highschooler, part-time crime fighter. Without spoiling too much, get this game if you want a breath of fresh and you are tired of shooter or other sports games. Definitely the 2017 game of the year

Played the first couple of personas and finally have the time and energy to crack this game open. Looking forward to mastering this game.

It's Persona but I mean that in a good way. Fantastic story, interesting characters, and game play that is familiar to fans. Must get for old fans and those new to the series.

This is an amazing game altogether. Interesting battle system, great story, interesting characters. I would personally recommend playing p3 and p4 before this one but it isn’t a must to fully enjoy this game. Completely recommend it for anyone who wants to play a good RPG or are interested in the series.

As a fan of JRPG's I greatly enjoy this game, even if I have not had a lot of time to devote to it. Even in this short time, I have greatly enjoyed this game. Let's face it, if you know what this game is, you have already bought it. If you don't but you do enjoy turn based RPG's and are willing to work with a very quirky style and story, give it a shot.

Good game. Dialog can get a little tiresome but overall fun game

Purchased as a playable copy after purchasing the "Take Your Heart" premium edition as a collectible. Gaming experience was refreshing, with pop-style artwork and catchy musical composition to accompany an engaging storyline. A definite "must-buy" for Persona/SMT fans.

I've never played any of the previous Persona games in the series, and it doesn't appear that you need to as it seems to be an independent story line. I love turn-based strategy RPG/JRPG types of games, but they seem to be getting more rare. This is a great return to that battle system. Highly recommended, wise I had started it sooner.

I finally got around to playing this one and it is excellent. Though I personally feel it's a bit long, and there is a section in the middle of it that could've either been cut out or done better, it's a great game for both veteran or newcomers to JRPGs. Also, the music is FANTASTIC!

If you like anime and rpgs, this on Is for you. Don’t wait!

Great story, very well drawn and the soundtrack is outstanding.

I’ve only previously played Persona 4 Golden and fell in love with the franchise! I couldn’t imagine how Persona 5 could be as good or better than P4 but it absolutely is! The Characters and story line are amazing I would highly recommend if you own a PS4 to pick this game up you will not be disappointed!

With a style all it's own, Persona 5 comes to take your heart! Thanks to a original story, beautiful artwork, & protagonists you will grow to love. It will win your heart. Not just most likely RPG of the year. One of the all time great games! Completely original. Playing this game is like taking control of a great anime show. Highly Recommended!

IF you ever played a Persona game you know what to expect. Half life sim and half dungeon crawling. The personas and character designs are all great. The improved dungeons, battle mechanics and fast travel really lets you get to the meat of the game. The soundtrack is great as expected. Really a top notch RPG living up to the Persona mantle.

This is hands down the best JRPG for PS4, possibly all consoles in the recent past. If you like JRPGs you need to pick this up.

As the title of my review says, this is a must have game if you have a PS4. It's a super stylish, fast paced JRPG that is a ton of fun to play. It may say 5 in the title but you don't have to have played the previous entries to know what's going on (similar to Final Fantasy games). Would highly highly highly recommend this game

Persona 5 is an excellent entry to the Persona series. While not as good as Persona 4, Persona 5 is still a blast to play and for me clocked in at about 80 hours. So you get alot of value for your money. If you like the Persona series its a no brainer. If you like JRPG's it is also worth a look. High school was never this exciting!
