This continues right after Persona 5 without being a rerun like Royal. The gameplay and combat is a lot faster and more exciting than the turn-based stuff. It also runs really well.

Persona 5 Strikers is a great game for fans of Persona 5. It's an action game with the same characters and a brand new story. I can't recommend it enough and I put 60 hours into this!

This game is an excellent follow up to Persona 5 /Persona 5 Royal. The game plays like an action rpg instead of turned based and has the same main characters from Persona 5. While the Switch version gives you portability, it will have longer loading times than the PS4. It will also be 30fps instead of 60fps but P5 and P5 Royal were 30 so that may actually feel normal to most players.

Persona 5 version of a warrior game. If you like warrior game, smashing buttons and killing millions of enemy, this game is for you. It is an extension of Persona 5 game and anime story.

I loved this game when it arrived, I couldn’t put it down until I finished the storyline. It isn't as good as the baseline games, but it scratched an itch for additional storyline if you're the type to get attached to games with good plots. I finished it in about 25 hours, which isnt much and normally I wouldn't consider a game at full price worth it for such little playtime, but the plot itself and fun gameplay made it very worth it for me.

I was not certain I would like this game since it deviates from the usual Persona formula. But I AM LOVING THIS GAME. Great story. Check. Fun game play. Check. Money well spent. Check. It also doesnt hurt that the game was on sale when purchased. Now all I need is to have Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 ported to the wonderful Switch.

Good persona game that follows up on the original, difficult at first but then once you get the hang of things, it becomes a very flexible warriors game that i actually enjoyed.

I have enjoyed the Persona series since I played P3 years ago. Strikers is a welcome change with 1v100 battles that really up the adrenaline in the dungeons while speeding up the game for me. Note that if what you liked was leveling up the bonds in the real world and talking to all the characters separately, there is a lot less of that and a shorter timeline since this is a summer vacation game. You can go in and out of the dungeon multiple times in a day, unlike past games, so don’t worry about running out of time to steal their hearts! This one is a lot of fun, and don’t forget to pick up the gorgeous steelbook to go with it!

Runs great on the switch, loading times can be a bit long for certain things but the ability to take it on the go is a worthy sacrifice for me, persona on the switch is awesome!

Fun game warroirs game. But I feel this type play style game will drop in price fast. It not forever. If personal 5 came out that differently a buy on switch over this game

Aaaaaaamazing! Gorgeous looking game and fast paced action. Really fun story. This is the first time I’ve played a game like this and it’s just great. Definitely worth it.

It was very nice to see this game finally being released one year after the original Japanese version. It is very nice to see Persona Five with elements from Dynasty Warriors as well as re-hearing the ENG/JP VAs from the previous Persona Five games reprising their roles. In order to play the Persona Five Strikers game... It is recommended to play through all of and/or parts of Persona Five Original and/or Persona Five Royal because Persona Five Strikers contains alot of spoilers for people that have yet to play those games for the first time or wanting to replay those games again for the first time in years.

It's a great game both for the story and the art style. Game takes from 40-60 hours to complete so you definitely get a good amount of content for the price.

It may seem offputting at first given that it is not a traditional sequel, make no mistake though this is a respectable and full fledged persona game in it's own right. I was a bit hesitant when I got this as I feared it would be another hyrule warriors type game, I am not a huge fan of the musuo genre. This game definitely surpassed my expectations. I won't say too much spoilery, I will say that the character interactions in this game are just top notch, the visuals as well are fantastic, and the gameplay actually kept me hooked.

It has style and good gameplay on Hard. The other levels are too easy or stupid difficult. If you buy the steelcase with it, the steelcase is free.

The game runs well and the story seems pretty good so far but unfortunately the game just doesn't look all that good on switch.

I bought this for my kids who are huge fans of the game series after having gotten their hands on my copy of Persona 4 for the old PSVita. I haven’t been able to play Persona 5 because they are constantly playing it, and now I can’t play this because whichever one isn’t on the PS4 playing that is on the Switch playing this. The graphics look good, the gameplay looks good. They have no complaints with it whatsoever so I take that as a ringing endorsement. Definitely worth it if you’re a fan, and looks like it would be fun even if you aren’t.

This game is really charming and a must play for fans of the original series. The combat and interactions between characters is very fun and brings you all the nostalgia from the original Persona 5. It is a direct sequel however, so it doesn't go into a lot of details from Persona 5, so I recommend checking out Persona 5 or Persona 5 Royal before playing this game.
