I bought my ps4 specifically for this game and Kingdom Hearts 3. I love this game alot. The Persona stories have been amazing. I started on ps3 with persona 3 fes and have been hooked on the series. You need to play this game if your an anime fan or a jrpg fan. Definitly worth it. The only issue is that it got delayed 2 times before it came out. Probably my favorite game on the PS4.

This game is one of the best games I have ever got the privilege of playing. It's not only stylish but addicting gameplay with a deep story that symbolizes the constraints of society and to break free from those constraints to reach your true potential. This game isn't for everyone but it is a must get for any JRPG fan and everyone who enjoys very long and impactful games.

If not my personal game of the year, I'm sure it will be my favorite RPG of 2017. Classic turn-based combat with a Persona twist, slick animations, stellar soundtrack, a ton of memorable characters, and a fun story. The Persona series is a cornerstone franchise for ATLUS for a reason. Each iteration of the series gets better and the Persona 5 is no exception to that rule!

It's been a long time coming but Persona 5 did not disappoint. This game has so much style and is a ton of fun. It's one of the best JRPG's of the past 10 years easily. The Take Your Heart Edition is well worth the money with a great case, Morgana plush, art book, soundtrack and more. This will be a Game of the Year contender in 2017.

Thou has acquired a new favorite persona! Persona 5 is a must play for Jrpg fans and persona fans alike it is also a great jump in for newcomers. It's very polished great story and the most stylish game you will ever play. Just be prepared that the game does take roughly 80-100 hours to complete but it is a phenomenal journey.

This edition is HUGE in person. The game is one of my personal favorites now and a must have for any RPG fan.

Writing this review 25hrs into the game, and absolutely love it. Played 12 hrs straight the 2nd day of its release. Persona games set the standard for all modern jrps. Amazing deep detailed story, tons of characters, amazing battle system, and amazing art style. One of the most stylized games ever made.

I am still at the beginning of the game and without spoiling anything, the game is great! The story will keep you hooked and if you are new to Persona games, Persona 5 introduces you very easily with simple to understand tutorials and the combat is awesome! Easily a must-purchase and worth every penny!

It took some getting used to the style/UI and the large areas but the core gameplay is even better than persona 4, which is one of my all time favorites. The story is well paced and adds something new to the pacing. The characters are great and side activities are actually fun. 10/10

This is a must buy for anyone who enjoys rpgs. It's turned based gameplay with a demon collecting system. The story is top notch and the slice of life gameplay is addicting. Building relationships in the slice of life parts will help you be stronger in battle. Overall its great.

Persona 5 has become not only my favorite JRPG, but also one of my most favorite games of all time. It's so polished and everything about the game is insanely enjoyable. If you need a great story and great gameplay that will last you around 100 hours, BUY PERSONA 5!

Atlus has always been amazing with their special editions, and this one is no different. For just $12 more, you get a host of collectible goodies and a box with beautiful artwork. Not to mention that Morgana plushie!! As for the game itself, it is SO GOOD. Definitely worth all the delays. Game is heavy on the story, but that's the main reason to play it for anyways. The Persona series has always been a joy for me to play, and I love getting to know all of the characters through their social links, or confidants, as they are called in this game. Do you need to play the previous Persona games to play this one? Nope. It's a separate story all on its own, but you'll miss out on some Easter eggs if you haven't played Persona 3 or Persona 4. Also - what are you doing with your life if you haven't played P3 or P4??? It's a fantastic JRPG series.

This bundle is awesome. The artbook is nice, the soundtrack is just the right kind of jazzy, and the game's steelbook is gorgeous. My only complaints were that the school bag and the Morgana plush were very small. Great bundle though.

The best persona game in a long time, better than P3 by far

I've had this game pre-ordered since last year, and upon arrival, I was not disappointed. This is probably one of the better limited edition sets that have been put out in recent time. Quite a lot of things that are included in this set, including a nice art book, soundtrack (not a full soundtrack, but still nice), a little plush, and a bag (which looks nice, but probably not going to use. The box art itself is also nicely done, as the outer slipcover is mainly just a slipcover for the actual box art. The game itself has been fun to play through, and while there are some minor things that I feel could be improved in regards to aesthetics and controls, I feel the overall quality is still very high, and did not disappoint. Fantastic.

I've never played a Persona game before so my love and appreciation for this game is unique to persona 5. Everything about this game has an essence of love put in to it from an aesthetic stand point. Most menu tends to have a unique look depending on the person or place involved. The story is connected and make sense in a video game way. While maybe not mind blowing it does a fun job of bring real world items and explanations into the RPG world like I remember Earthbound did. This game feels like it was crafted by people who really care and have the development skills to showcase their vision. Can't recommend this game enough if you love the classic JRPG mechanics but with modern design elements in there.

Anyone that follow the Persona series probably knows generally what they're getting. Persona 5 I felt starts off a bit too slow and being a long time fan of the series holds your hand a bit too much out the gate. But after 5 to 10 hours things get cranking like you'd expect. I haven't completed the game yet but 60 hours in... As of now things just keep getting better and better as the tale unwinds. To summarize the experience so far I'd say Persona 5 takes everything good from Persona 4 Golden and weaves in a bit more hardcore elements & feel of the Shin Megami Tensei series (This game is darker than usual). Which all in all is working out rather well I'd say. Great Game! Go buy it!

Persona 5 is the long awaited sequel in Persona games. It's part RPG, and part Visual Novel, as a lot of the interactions and story happen like a Visual Novel, but the gameplay is traditional dungeon crawling JRPG fun. You'll appreciate the Take Your Heart edition if you'd like a sample soundtrack (about 19 songs) and a 50 page hardcover art book. It also comes with a small plushie of Morganna the cat, and a tote bag. I've read other people say the tote bag isn't the greatest quality. Myself, I haven't found a use for it, as I have other bags to carry a laptop in. The steelbook is also nice, as it's one of the best looking steel books I've seen in a while.

I'm only five hours in so it's hard to judge a 100 hour game at this point but I will say that the last Persona I played was P3 Fes and I was enjoying it but ultimately became bored with the Tartarus and Social Links. That may have just been an issue with me at the time, but regardless I feel that P5 has definitely improved upon this. The animation of course is beautiful, the Palaces are designed instead of procedurally generated and the story so far is fantastic. Social Links have also been changed to Confidants. My only gripe is that the game takes it's time to get you used to the battle system but I suppose it is helpful to those unfamiliar with jrpgs.
