Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have had this for a year and have had to change thr liner multiple times because cat urine just leaks through. Why they didnt do a non cloth type material is beyond me. Honestly we are going to litter box 4. Oh and it just chunks up thr litter instead of fully cleaning it so we get to not only empty a bin but hand scoop as well. We tried pet kit litter and it just dump thr good and bad litter

Regarding the litter clumping issue, this may occur if the self-cleaning cycle is activated before the litter fully solidifies. We recommend adjusting the auto-cleaning delay time to 7–10 minutes or longer, especially for larger cats or those with a higher urine output. This will allow the litter to clump properly before cleaning, ensuring better waste separation.
As for the litter waste concern, could you confirm if you are using the correct litter sifter?
- Smaller mesh is designed for mineral cat litter.
- Bigger mesh works best with tofu cat litter or mixed cat litter.
