Easy to clean and the size is perfect. keeps water fresh

We bought this water fountain about a month ago and our cats immediately started using it. I found it very simple to set up and we really like the size and amount of water it holds. It's not overly intrusive compared to our old water bowls. I would definitely recommend it, especially at the price Best Buy had it for at the time we purchased it.

My dog love this water gadget. It really keeps the water clean and clear because of the water filter. I like it a lot, that I ended up buying a second one for a gift for my sister.

Gave it 5 stars because it is super freaking cool! The packaging made me feel like i was putting together a 5000$ water bowl! Its so well designed, and the attention to detail is superb. I feel rich just looking at it. So many filters and filtration systems, its just freaking cool. And its looks allow placement anywhere, at any level.

Super easy to setup and while my cat is a dunce, he was able to figure it out. I love how easy it is to keep maintained. My cat and I agree this is one of the best purchases I've made.

Worked great for the month i had it then i started noticing my cat not drinkign as much water as prior. I looked at the machine and you guessed it, it was no longer pumping water.

my kitty never drank out of her water bowl, but she’s been a lot more hydrated and energetic after drinking from a fountain. it’s small and easy to set up, and it gets the job done for just one cat. if you have more than one furry friend, you could either get them each their own, or just have multiple set up throughout the house! it’s a great value fountain and my cat is a huge fan!

Quiet, holds a lot of water. Lasts several days for my two cats and is so quiet I have to look and see if it is on.

I don't have too much to complain about other than the general maintenance. Honestly, it's not more work than cleaning out a dirty water bowl, but it's not quite the set it and forget it that one might assume it is. Don't get me wrong, I still love it and I can go a week or two without having to worry about the water, but it does require bi-weekly maintenance (namely replacing the filter) per the instructions. It was a little clunky to put together at first, but once you do it makes sense and becomes easy to take a part to clean when needed. Injust with the max fill lines on the water tub were a little more legible (it's white lettering on the side against a frosted bowl).

New water fountain for my cats! I really like the color of the water fountain. My cats are drinking more water since I have switched the water fountain. Their products include water filter underneath the stainless steel plate. big capacity, great color, and well designed. i would recommend it to all my cat friends.

Great product and my cat has started drinking more water. the instructions were a little confusing and there are so many parts that need to go together. but this may have also just been user error as my cat was rubbing all over everything when i was trying to figure it out. the machine itself is quiet, but the water “splashes”. if your sensitive to the water noise u wouldn’t recommend, but if you can get past it i think you’ll like this one.

good choice for my pet, no problems. THE SET UP WAS EASY AND ALL THE ITEMS WAS IN BOX. I CAN NOW BE ABLE TO SAY FRESH WATER IS MOVING EASY. THE CAT LIKES THE WATER FLOW AT TOP, HE WILL WATCH AND ALSO DRINK AT THAT POINT.

This fountain for the kitties is a cheaper option that I bought as a replacement for a standard bowl. I have used it for about a year. My biggest actual complaint is the reservoir is tiny. I didn't realize how small it is compared to cats normal drinking habits. It comes with a few filters and sponges for the water pump, which is good because this is a non-standard machine. You can't just go to the store and buy more filters or sponges; it's special order only. Now a concern I have and one shared amongst consumers in general, the power cord goes down into the water. If an electrical short occurs, it could be dangerous or even fatal for your pet. For the price and not having much idea what to look for, this is a basic unit that was worth the price.

This is great! my cats normally dont drink much water which worries me but with the running water fountain they drink more often my two cats love it and its super easy to clean and put together

I have 9 indoor cats, this has helped a lot.. they drink more water and that makes me happy.

LOVE this fountain!! My cat (2 yrs. old) wasn't drinking hardly any water even though I changed the bowl of water every day. Now with this drinking fountain, she drinks so much water!! She loves the movement of the water and loves drinking off of the top part where the water comes out. Such a game changer! She was confused and played with it the first day, but she got the hang of it very quickly and now she LOVES IT!!
