I am a bit disappointed that there was more plastic than metal or ceramic parts, plastic and hard water are not a good match.

She drinks from it daily now and loves it, it took a day or two though, but now she's all in. It great for not having to constantly refill the dog bowl and the water is fresh.

Easy to assemble, no splash or leakage, doesn't need constant refilling - perfect for our cats! They love it and it is nice knowing they are getting fresh moving water whenever they need it. Very nice price for quality product.

Just clean and replace filters every couple weeks. Less work refilling water bowl through the day and my cat always has a clean source of water.

My biggest concern is it is not quiet. The water splashes irritates me all day. First, I thought it is about the water level but it’s not. I couldn’t find a way to stop the sound. Except from it, the product is ok.
