It's fine, but the pump gets weaker over time. After about a year and a half, the water isn't pumping that much anymore, so I am upgrading to a different Petlibro fountain. Also now my cat won't drink out of a regular bowl anymore, because he's addicted to the fountain.

Really loved the design and aesthetic of this fountain until I found the water my cat was supposed to be drinking, on the floor. Going to try the next model up, maybe there’s some tweaks that prevent this, but I will be returning and finding another cat fountain.

My cat liked the water fall movement however could easily knock over the product and would break the silicone parts that allowed the water to travel to the top.

Design allows my cat to drink from either the fountain or the water pool. Pool is shallow enough to discourage my feline from splashing water all over the floor as she does with a water bowl. I purchased a second fountain.

Filters only last a couple of days before a smell starts. We have a puppy and a frenchie. I filll the container every 2 days. I'm not really a fan due to filter changing and size of it.

Our cats are afraid of it… It does state it can be used without the fountain attachment, however if that is the case water pours out the back of the dish area.
