She loves to drink from the bathroom faucet but won’t drink from this, it’s quit and nice flow

Because it can't be cleaned thoroughly, it allows for bacteria to grow (lovely pink colored, thus why you should avoid plastic food/water dishes for pets) and I had to remove it. I would highly recommend future models come with a way to clean these parts. Thankfully it works without the spout addition, but the rubber tubing inside was damaged by my cats and the company does not seem to sell replacement parts. Looks like I am going to have to MacGyver this to get it working again because, as convenient as this is, I am not paying another $70 to replace this.
