This is a absolute must have for a pet owner. My cat loves it.

The pin that holds the turbine in place that moves the water will break if you are cleaning the fountain. I bought this in April and not even 5 months later, the pin broke and the motor doesn't turn as a result, which means no water flows. I am disappointed because my pet LOVED the fountain. Definitely going to get a fountain, but it won't be a petlibro.

It works great and stays clean despite having two cats. My only issue is that it has a smaller water storage. Considering the price, I wish it would hold a little more water. This is only a small nitpick.

We have this 10 days and have 2 shih Tzu. Water last 3 days. I charged the battery before using and still doesn't need to recharge. Water comes on when dog approach. They seem to love it.

I was very excited to find this battery operated drinking fountain for my animals since where I place the water is not near an outlet in my kitchen. Honestly, I was expecting it to need alkaline batteries, so I was pleasantly surprised when it was rechargeable. Unfortunately, it doesn't work any where near as well as I would have hoped. In an effort to help save the battery the fountain shuts off and is motion activated. This freaks my cats out and they won't drink from it. But an even bigger problem is that the upper bowl doesn't stay full. The water seems to drain back into the reservoir so the animals don't even know there's water there. They just think it's a dry bowl. Also, the sensors on the battery tray aren't all that accurate. The light that's supposed to tell me that the battery is low doesn't seem to work. And the one that supposed to let me know that the water level is low isn't accurate and tells me I need to refill the reservoir even when it's more than half full. It truly does not work for us and if I still had the packaging I would return the unit. Unfortunately, if they don't make changes I couldn't recommend this purchase to anyone.

I have 3 cats and only refill it once a week when i clean it. Highly recommended!!

This bowl is great for keeping the water clean and preventing my cats from putting their feet in the water. After cleaning the filters and such it's broken already though it refuse to pump water up out of it at all.

this appliance is more trouble than it is worth. It is messy and has to be cleaned every day. The off - on switch is under the bowl and difficult to press. I would not recommend this prduct to anyone.

I just wish it was bigger. For my dog 1 or 1.5 days.

So I bought this thing a little over six months ago it’s finicky when it works. The motion detection doesn’t get set off by the cats all the time and it’s already broken by now for some reason the water isn’t moving. Not happy to waste the money go for the 20$ one on Amazon, I had that one before, and it lasted me years.

Very nice pet fountain. It is nearly silent and the water comes out in a nice stream that my pets seem to like. It is fairly compact. I also like the stainless steel bowl on top. Keeps the water healthier for my pets. The indicator light comes on when the water is very low. I do wish that would come on sooner so the water flow would never stop because I could see it earlier. It was a bit pricey.

Nice fountain and setup was very easy. Water only stayed fresh for a couple days so it wasn’t convenient to wash every other day. So my cats didn’t use it because it stayed full.

This has been heaven-sent. It is quiet, clean and so simple to use. Both my cats and dog love it. I wish I would have bought it sooner. I did buy two of them, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I tell all my animal lover friends about it.
