Failed the update and bricked itself. You can not “reset” it as the manual suggest. It’s just useles after this. According to forums and reddit this is a known issue for all models and there is no fix. Just replace and hope for the best mentality. Save yourself the return, ignore the positive reviews and find a different brand.

If you have connection issues while you are away from home, your pet will be unable to eat. Beware!!!

Doesn't work

I tried it the evening before to make sure it was working as expected. It doesn't hook to the wifi and never has dispensed food. I troubleshooted, called PETLIBRO, tried to work with BBY, but no one was able to help. By the time i had exhausted all options for fixing it, i was outside the return window. Maybe my unit was bad, but this was not a great experience.
