Worked fine for the first 10 seconds then did a firmware update. Failed the update and bricked itself. You can not “reset” it as the manual suggest. It’s just useles after this. According to forums and reddit this is a known issue for all models and there is no fix. Just replace and hope for the best mentality. Save yourself the return, ignore the positive reviews and find a different brand.

This product has frequent wifi connection issues even after follwing the company’s recommended troubleshooting guide. If you have connection issues while you are away from home, your pet will be unable to eat. Beware!!!

I purchased this so my cat would be fed while on vacation. I tried it the evening before to make sure it was working as expected. It doesn't hook to the wifi and never has dispensed food. I troubleshooted, called PETLIBRO, tried to work with BBY, but no one was able to help. By the time i had exhausted all options for fixing it, i was outside the return window. Maybe my unit was bad, but this was not a great experience.

Easy to setup and create feeding schedule. Love the ability to check in on Tito the cat and make sure not out of food. Everyone should have one of these for their 4 legged babies!

This is a great accessory. We were traveling for 10 days and were able to check in on the cat and see that he was getting fed properly and were able to talk and see him.
