Totally worth it! Now I only need to prepare my cat’s wet food once in a week. This machine keeps refresh of the food. My cat loves it!

The idea of this Petlibro Polar Wet Feeder is great. I had the first version with a plastic bowl. It worked amazingly well until 10 months later when it opened with the bowl only halfway in the window, or it opened up to the wrong bowl that no longer had food from an earlier feeding, and the door started making weird sounds when it opened. As I had a protection plan on the auto feeder, I returned that one and got the new version with the stainless-steel bowl. When it works it is amazing! It was the best thing ever at first because my cat no longer woke me up from sleep for his early morning 2am feeding and I could go to work, and the feeder would feed him his other two meals. However, I only had this new stainless-steel version for two weeks when the bowl started to continuously spin and the door would no longer open to feed my cat any of his meals. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly that first day. They said I would hear back from then after 5 business days. I am now on 6 business days with no response or update. I have had to wake up at 2am to feed my cat every morning and had to ask my son to feed my cat during the day while I am at work. I am not waiting any more for customer service. And apparently, the constant spinning of the bowl is a known issue as I have ready many reviews about others having the same issue. I am just so disappointed with this brand, especially with how much this feeder costs. I even have other products of Petlibro that have been great.
