I like this game. I play golf a little so I'm familiar with some of the terms used but even if I wasn't it explains things and let's you practice before you play a round. There are different difficulty levels so that's nice too. You can play easy or you can adjust just about everything to make it harder. There are a lot of courses to choose from so you can pick something to match your ability level. If you like golf I would recommend this game.

I've always been a huge fan of golf games. Typically I play Mario golf, but thought I would give this a try. I really enjoy playing this game. You can easily play a round of golf in about 30 minutes. I wasn't that impressed with the graphics, but more so the gameplay.
I would still recommend to check this one out if on sale.

When you get can't get out on the course during these cold winter days, but still need your golf fix. This is a welcome alternative. Very reminiscent of the classic Tiger Woods games, but clear advancements in technology and graphics. This will tide me over until I am back out on the actual course.

I bought this game for my 72 year old dad to play on the switch from his favorite chair. :) He really likes it, has fun. Ive played a couple holes and enjoyed it. It’s not a simulation or overly complicated, but easy to pick up and just play.

The concept is great, especially for the vacant sports genre for Switch. The basic premise as a budding PGA pro is initially enjoyable- customize your player, and as the game progresses, clothes, clubs, even sponsors. The game play is what one would expect from a realistic golf game - until it gets annoying with random highlight cut ins of the other players (even when playing alone).
The announcers play calling is also fun at first but after a couple tournaments it’s just tedious and predictable as a song on an endless loop.
The backbreaker here is that the game requires the player to log in every time, not just one and done as is the norm with other Switch games.
On sale the game is tolerable for a quick round but in no way is it worth full MSRP.

This was my first Switch game. I have the same version for my PS4. It is a good game for the price. If you want to customize anything you will have to pay extra. Not a fan of the game controls. I like the old controls. I am not good with the control pad.

This game is a lot of fun. If you have kids, Mario golf is probably a better choice. If you were looking for a more realistic golf experience, this is it. The only annoying thing is unlocking clothes and accessories is slow and they want you to spend more money to accelerate it.

Overall it's a good game but occasionally it freezes or closes software. Also from time to time holes load without shading just black silhouetted features and can't distinguish what's going on. Controls are okay but could be better. Feels like the game could have been polished a little better.

Very enjoyable game. Require about 30 minutes of updates upon first use. Career mode is lots of fun. Gameplay is a little glitchy at times and commentators comments don’t match to what is happening in the game. Overall am satisfied as any PGA game for the Switch is better than none.

My son was SO happy with this gift for his Birthday. He recently won a Nintendo Switch Raffle for participating in the local reading program so wanted a few games for his new switch. The game if super fun for both of my son's - 11 and 8. They both share the game and love it.

Fun. I didn’t realize how active you had to be. Got it as a go between for my daughter and I, and we’ve had some good matches. She’s a total golf novice so it has taught her how to go thru the pre shot checklist. I’m total game novice so she taught me that.

Good and bad. Good gameplay, bad graphics. Good atmosphere, bad choice to have to be connected online AT ALL TIMES to even play the game at all. For a mobile system, this shouldn't happen

Bought as a gift for my children. If anything like the old EA Sports golf, it should be awesome. Still waiting for Christmas morning to dive in. Graphics look great! Would love it even more if it had a simulated club to put remote in.
