You can make stronger espresso drinks then Starbucks well thsts amazing. If your a coffee person this is perfect for you

A simple Keurig machine produces an espresso of equal quality to this machine at a third of the price. Either spend more and get a better machine & cup of coffee or espresso or settle for a decent cup of coffee from a drip or Nespresso or K-cup.

Unfortunately these began just beyond the 14 day Best Buy return window so now I’m stuck with trying to call into Philips product support. The machine has a water light which indicates the water tank is empty. Whether I use the filter or not, the machine almost requires me to slam the water tank in just to have a chance to recognize it isn’t empty. Very disappointed after being highly satisfied the first 10 days of use. Seems perhaps the machine quality or the quality control may be poor.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear about the problem you’ve encountered with your Philips 1200 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine.
When the “water tank empty” warning light is on, it indicates that the water tank is almost empty or the water tank is not in place. To fix this, we advise to remove the water tank and fill it to the Max with water. Makes sure that the water tank is pushed far enough into the machine until the light goes off.
If this doesn’t help to resolve the issue, there might be another underlying cause. We kindly advise you to contact our customer service team, so we’ll be able to assist you further.

Good thing I had purchased the extended warranty! However that just shows how cheap these machines are made that they won’t even last a full year
