This coffee machine is super easy to use which I love! It does different versions of espresso & auto froths the milk for whichever version you choose. It also does regular coffee which I like for some versatility! It lets you know when to do maintenance like dump the water at the bottom, put more water in, the ground bin is full, etc. I feel that if it was $500 that it would be a good value for the money, but anything above that seems excessive but oh well! We do love our machine and it does a great job of making coffee/espresso's! It warms up fast & cleans itself after every use. I would recommend :)

    Great coffee

I purchased this coffee maker and it’s definitely a step up from my previous single cup brewer. The best features are all the variety of drinks including a regular cup of coffee, which many machines don’t include, how fast it heats up and the fact that it’s completely automatic. I don’t have to do anything other than press a button. Lots of reviewers complain about how the coffee is weak initially but if you thoroughly read the instructions before using the machine, you’d see that you’re suppose to brew 5 drinks to prep the machine prior to consumption. Also, the set up directions are very specific so definitely follow the manual. Some great things that make this better than my previous machine: don’t have to fill the water tank as often, no wasteful pods, the machine holds an entire can of Illy coffee beans in the top, so I only have to fill it about once per week, and, you can set the temperature, size and strength of the drink and the machine doesn’t need to be descaled! Finally the only negative is the loudness of the machine but it’s not loud enough to wake anyone in my household so it’s not a big deal.

This machine worked amazing for the first 6 months we owned it. After that time it started leaking water all over the counter every time we used any brew setting. Looked online and saw that this particular model will do that and it’s fixable with some replacement rubber gaskets that you have to order through the actual company. So I did just that. It still leaks. I’ve watched every YouTube video there is for this particular concern and I still can’t get it to stop leaking. We use it sparingly and I have a big towel underneath for when we do. It’s just so sad because the machine worked so well, and was extremely babied all that time. It was also a lot of money for 6 months of use.

I thought twice about buying this. The price tag being the biggest factor. But I love it. I have used it everyday since October 2024. No issues. I use way less coffee than I was before. I used a 12 cup maker and was going through a lot of coffee. I haven't had to use the grease/lube that it came with yet. I did opt for the 2 year warranty, since the unit was on sale....I figured why not. So glad I got this! (household use)

I purchased this machine after knowing what I wanted in a coffee maker: 1. Coffee shop quality drinks, consistently 2. Ease of use, minimum daily set up 3. Ease of cleaning 4. Variety of milk based drinks The main reason you'll love this machine is that it makes a variety of coffees and milk based drinks at a push of a few buttons. This machine did not disappoint. My wife likes the milk-based drinks, for which this machine offers two varieties. I drink them all, including the classic coffee The output quality is high, and it's comparable to the quality from professional machines and many home base machines. I challenged my sister-in-law who owns a Breville machine ($600) to a coffee making contest, and this machine consistently outputs high quality coffee, that is indistinguishable from the Breville. The traditional espresso makers like Breville that requires multiple steps of grinding, tamping, temperature adjustments, etc causes you to have varying consistencies of quality, and ultimately takes a lot of time. When comparing the coffee grounds, you could tell that the "puck" is consistent coming from this machine, whereas the manual machines is up to the operator to consistently get it correctly. The main benefit of this machine is its complete hands-off approach to making milk-based coffees. The best feature is the milk frother. It makes steam milk and/or froth. Your only involvement is literally adding the water, milk and coffee beans. The grinder has 12 settings, and the factory default setting is perfect for all the drinks. Ymmv on the ground quality depending on the beans and your preferences, but you may need to adjust the ground for each type of coffee. Cleaning is simple. In fact it does not even need a daily cleaning. You can empty your wastewater tray and ground tray, once every 6 cups or so. Because the coffee ground puck is consistently dry, a quick dump into the compost bin usually removes all the waste and then a quick rinse under the faucet is usually sufficient. The wastewater tray has a spout for an easy drip free pour. The milk frother is a two-piece set that is machine washable. I hand wash the frother daily, which takes less than a minute of soapy water and rinse. About once a month, you will need to oil the machine by taking a cartridge out. And eventually you will need to replace the water filter and run descaling solution, typical for most premium machines. Lastly, you should only seriously consider buying this if you love coffee and varieties of coffee that it offers. You have to be able to justify the pricing. This is what hooked me on to it. If you buy lattes, The machine pays off itself after about 130 cups. My wife only hated the price, but her daily enjoyment of her latte or cappuccino is reluctantly shown in her face when she sips it every morning. Aside from the pre-programmed drinks, you can also have the machine just make the froth or steamed milk for hot chocolate, macha lattes, and other non-coffee-based drinks that requires hot milk by simply setting the machine to use pre-ground coffee, wait for the milk cycles to end, and then pushing the stop button.

What I love about it: - Delicious Cappuccino - Great Espresso - Ease of cleaning (most parts are dishwasher safe) - Signal for when the water is low - Compact What is not impressive: - Americano - If you pay $800 for a coffee machine, my guess is that you won't like the Americano this machine makes. - Noice level - Late and Cappuccino are very similar and a little foamy for both What I would change: - Everything has a signal, except for when you are low on coffee. It will continue making coffee for you without coffee beans - The milk container - I wish the led would close tied so neither it would spill in the fridge, nor it would smell like the fridge the next day. (This is a big one. I have to wash and redo the milk every day because the milk doesn't stay fresh in it)

I've been using the Phillips 3200 full auto espresso machine for over a year, and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. This machine consistently delivers high quality espresso, cappuccino, latte drinks, and a few more options with effort required on my part. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is its ease of maintenance with weekly cleaning and regular (every 3 months) changes of the water filter. Overall, the Phillips 3200 has proven to be a reliable and efficient espresso machine. I highly recommend it for its performance, ease of maintenance and quality coffee it produces.

We're VERY pleased with this machine, so far it works great with no issues at all not even when we use beans that other reviews have warned not to use and say they can get stuck but have worked great for us and never get stuck. We think it makes great coffee and espresso drinks with really nice foam. It's super easy to use we never even read the directions and have made a variety of espresso drinks with ease. Another positive mention is the milk frother, it's SO EASY to use and not messy at all and there's no major clean up like compared with other machines we've either tried out and returned or owned in the past, like our previous built in machine that we owned at our old house it was major work to clean up the milk frother after every use and it cost triple what this machine cost.

I've had and used this Philips 3200 LatteGo machine multiple times a day for about two weeks now. In short - I'm impressed. My 5-star rating takes into account my criteria and expectations. I had been spending $5 on a Starbucks blonde flat white almost every weekday for the past couple years, so while the machine is expensive, it clearly can bring about savings for me over next couple of years assuming the device lasts that long. Do the lattes produced by this machine match the quality of the blonde flat white I'm accustomed to getting at Starbucks or a typical latte at a good coffee shop? No. But it's still very good. Good enough that I've not been to Starbucks in the two weeks. My coffee-making background: I've only ever had a Keurig machine at home for making coffee with beans I grind (using a Solofil burr grinder). I wanted to enjoy being able to make a latte at home. Main drivers for getting this machine: convenience and simplicity. I knew I had to get something that would pass the look/simplicity test with my wife, who had been used to the ease of our grinder and Keurig machine. It's her kitchen, so it had to be small and normal-looking enough to fit in with the other countertop appliances. The device also had to serve multiple functions so it could replace the Keurig machine and grinder. And while I think I'd really enjoy a more traditional espresso machine with a steam wand for making lattes myself, I knew she wasn't interested in dealing with that kind of machine. The Philips LatteGo addresses all of these concerns: - It's a bigger than our Keurig machine, but not too big - It replaces the Keurig and grinder completely for making a regular cup of coffee (in addition to the other drinks, of course) - It is super easy to make any of the drinks - just a few button pushes and you're done - Nice bonus is that you can get hot water out of it as well How are the drinks? Really good. - I use TierraFarm Breakfast Blend beans at the default grinder settings, and the coffee/espresso tastes good - The lattes produced are technically latte macchiatos, but close enough. I occasionally try making a latte by going through the milk frothing step, then switching cups for the espresso, and then pouring the frothed milk into the espresso. Either way, they're both good. - The micro foam produced isn't coffee shop quality, but it's good enough for me. - The difference between the cappuccino and the latte from this machine isn't nearly as pronounced as the difference you'd find at a coffee shop. Other random comments on this machine: - The way they implemented the milk frothing process is fascinating and very convenient...you can easily stick the milk cup back in the fridge after a drink, or toss it in the dishwasher if you want. - I've seen some comments about the built-in grinder being really loud. It is actually significantly quieter than our Solofil grinder. - The machine doesn't have an automatic timer to turn on in the morning. That's a bummer, but wasn't a deal breaker. - The water container comes with a replaceable water filter, which I think is great. To conclude, I've really enjoyed having this machine so far. It most closely met the criteria I had in mind - convenience and simplicity for making good coffee drinks at a reasonable price. Will I still go to coffee shops here and there? Sure. But I don't think you can beat what this machine offers in this price range.

I have been using this daily to its fullest possible extent. I make 2-3 coffees a day with the direct feed in the middle. 2-4 lattes a day from the grinder / hopper. It has performed perfectly 100% of the time. We make all kinds of Starbucks drinks at home with better consistency than the actual stores ever have. Blonde French Vanilla Latte - Starbucks exact Run on 2nd temp setting (one time setup). Click latte, then 2, 2, 3 for the beans, amount, and milk setting left to right. This will save for every latte you make. Use Starbucks Blonde Expresso beans. Put 3 pumps of vanilla and 2 of hazelnut (I buy starbucks syrup from the stores - Starbucks in grocery stores have the best stock of syrups and give free pumps). Fill the milk frother almost to the bump out. 3/4 full. Then just hit start. Every time from then on just hit latte and start. It remembers the settings you use last. Stir the drink after with a stir stick to make sure the syrups is spread and enjoy. Its literally perfect and better in my opinion because its always the same. Coffee without changing the beans - Take ground coffee of any flavor (or grind your own with a cheap grinder). This thing comes with a scoop for serving size. Click coffee and hold the first button on right side (bean strength) for about 5 seconds and it will highlight the bottom light. This is how you switch from hopper to direct beans. Put the scoop in the middle feed. Press start. Do this twice if you want a big cup (16 oz). Makes great coffee this way and no need to swap out the expresso beans. If you just want this for coffee you can just let it pull from hopper, but I use mine as both latte and coffee machine in one. 9 months - Regular cleaning. I have had to descale once (takes 20 minutes and is very easy). I have had to change water filter 3 times. I clean the normal stuff every few days to weekly. Takes about 30 seconds of rinsing stuff off for that. I have not had a single bad cup. I did notice when the light comes on to descale you should do it right away. So have the cleaner in stock for when that happens. Its a liquid Seaco descaler that you can get online easily. Same for the water filter. Return on investment - I average about 28 cents per latte and 20 per coffee using 100% Starbucks beans and syrup. This thing paid for itself in 2 months for our regular amounts. 3 adults drinking 1-3 drinks per day. We were spending 15-30 bucks a day at starbucks easily. More if we got snacks while there. The pandemic forced us to buy one because Starbucks was closed, but now I only use this and am disappointed when I do go to Starbucks and get a crappy latte by someone who didn't froth right or burned the beans (happens all the time around here). Without a doubt this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I got it with a 2 year best buy replacment plan so I have no qualms about it lasting. I will buy another if it dies after the 2 year mark. Its money incredibly well spent.

I’ve waited to review this after having and using a while. For someone who doesn’t want to deal with making espresso drinks, this machine is great. The lattego system is a must if making lattes or cappacinos. It is so easy to clean and automatic. My only complaint with the unit is the water capacity could be more. I also wish the overall temperature could be set a little higher. I have it at its max setting and it’s plenty warm but I’d prefer hotter.

Skipping Starbucks is the best part. Makes a very decent quality coffee. Amazing how the steam threads to cram/milk and delivers foam. Certainly makes noise, but what espresso machine doesn't right? Easy to learn and clean. The amount of coffee it produces is a bit less than what high-end machines produce, but the quality is all there. The stamped ground coffee used is about a centimeter thick. Month into use and no complaints - love it!

I use this mostly for coffee and was happy to retire my Keurig. I have a lot of ground coffee so I'm going through that and it works great. Of course the whole beans are the best. On the weekends I make the fancy stuff and it's to perfection. The LATTE setting is my favorite. I would say even better than something like Starbucks. The first thing you should do is look in the manual on how to set the temp to the hottest setting. It's also very easy to keep clean. If you love coffee then this is a fun treat!
