Absolute trash. Won’t dispense coffee, just fills the tray. Only had it for a year and we started having problems at about 6 months. For the price this thing should last years not months.

No words cant express my happiness. Stopped going to starbucks!!!

Unfortunately must have gotten a bad unit as the no liquid indicator stays on even with a full water reservoir. If I could get it “triggered” it brewed coffee okay, Since it was FUF (First Use Failure), returned to Best Buy. Not sure how it could pass QA? Upgraded to Philips 4300 and give it another chance.

Espresso is good all the time. I like my machiatto but the ice coffee I’m not so impressed.

Quite Convenient. But the coffee taste is very light. The milk is too foamy.

For the most part it is ok but I have had a lot of issues with it.

I wouldn’t buy this product ever again it after 6 months it started making a loud noise, I bought it with my Best Buy CC in June 2023, it is now November 2023, I went back to the store and they told me there is nothing they can do if I didn’t get a protection plan and that I needed to call Phillips directly. I contact Phillips and they told me they’ll email me a shipping label, once it comes I. The technician will look at it and they will decide what they will do, they also said it could take 20-30 days to get a response back. I’m never you g to be buying anything from Best Buy nor will buy any Phillips products ever again!!! I’ve lost almost $700 dollars, thanks for making me a Karen and I’m not a Karen ;( I’ve only used this coffee maker less then 30 times at the most.

I was really excited about this coffee machine. However the coffee it makes is very watery. I do not know if my model is faulty or if this is normal with this machine. I have tried different coffee beans and different grind levels but still the espresso is watered down

This machine is absolute junk. It takes a long time to start and make a coffee, even machine is on, it takes a significant amount of time to make a regular coffee. Functionality does not allow to make a good portion of coffee and waste significant amount of beans. The bottom waste container easy to clean, however the coffee inside the container turns into mold I'm very disappointed with this purchase as the time shows the reality of using this product

I was expecting more the quality is not as my friend has but is the same model, not sure what is wrong I guess is not hitting the water correctly.

It worked fine for a day, then it stopped working properly. I might have unluckily gotten a defective product. I had to return it.

It makes good coffee and you can adjust how strong you want it. So far, it is easy to use. Haven’t had major use with it but it only been 1 month. Things to notice, small water tank you make two cups of coffee (12 oz), need refill. It is loud, have to empty the waste basket at twice in week.

Not even 1 month with it and it stop working. I took it back to Best Buy and the manager said there was nothing she could do!

Greqt machine with a lot of featurres...but one thi g they left out the taste of the coffee...bought a jura...jura is worth the extra money
