It was unfortunate that same day delicery fell through and ruined a the surprise a bit, but the product is as advertised and is worth every penny!

Within the first 10 days it was jamming and the water wouldn’t come out to make the expresso. It would grind but then waste it away. The machine gets stuck like after every 8 drinks.

The main reason i purchased was for the iced coffee feature. The coffee tastes terrible with that feature selected. I just make regular coffee with it and pit on ice and it tastes better.

It took us some time to get the hang of it as we likearher coffees, but push a button and you're good to go now. I do wish the steamer could steam heavier creams better, but overall we're pleased.

I have owned manual espresso machines and I will say the convenience of this thing does not take away from the flavor of the espresso. Wonderful machine
