The customization of your coffee is very poor compared to what i would like to see. Using ground coffee it reallt doant form a solid puck as an expresso should have formed out of the beans. I find for the nearly $600 price tag that the water reservoir is way to small only getting on average 3 doible shota of expresso. Also its important to note that if you are like me and jump out of bed throw your cup under the spout add in your flavoring and let it go..... this thing will ruin it every single time with its cleaning process. I burn thru at least 8 drinks worth of vanilla syrup in my 4 days of using this thing. It is an ok coffee machine and it does make ok expresso but i think it needs some improvment for the price tag.
