    Our previous Samsung remote died and there was no direct replacement available. The Phillips unit covers most of our needs, but doesn't cover all the original functions. The original had a better operating range then the Phillips, but it does the job.

    cheapest one on the rack. hooked up immediately to my Samsung smart tv. not fancy but i dont want fancy as my kid might destroy it just like the one I'm replacing.

    Works well to turn on old CRT TV. Sadly a few features don’t work like getting into deep menus. But you can’t expect a replacement to work exactly like the original. Does the basics as it should.

    The important digits are too small and too close together. Too easy to touch WRONG. Button. Must rrally be careful to use.

    Works just as advertised. 10 out 10 would buy again. Be sure the device you want to control is capable of being controlled though. Not all Roku TV's will allow you to input Chanels with the number keys. (I am looking at you Westinghouse!)

    Once programmed it functions well. Proramming took 45 minutes. Lots of codes to wade through.
