Have had for a week. Easy to use and EASY to clean with the quick clean. It makes great coffee drinks. My previous espresso machine was the Jura S8 and got sick of the required daily cleaning and the amount of water needed. The Philips 4300 requires WAY less water to be effectively clean and doesn’t require solution. Just a quick rinse with just water of the lattego cup. In my and my wife’s opinion coffee drinks are better in the 4300 than the Jura S8 at a fraction of the price. Also, had the Breville Oracle Touch, which was a great machine, but not as super automatic as we wanted. After grinding beans and auto tampering, you had to move the portafilter over to extract the coffee and the wand would froth the milk, however, made great latte art lol. Way easier to clean than the Jura and made better coffee. We’ll see how long the Philips 4300 lasts, though.

I recently made the switch from a De'Longhi coffee machine to the Philips 4300 series, and I must say, I am absolutely thrilled with my decision. Before buying the Phillip 4300 I was using a Keurig and a Nespresso and this purchase has completely simplified my life. I am not an expert on the barista subject but I have tried all the options that the machine has and the taste is exquisite, I have never been a fan of places that sell coffee and now even less so. It has 3 profiles (Guest, Green & Blue) with the colors you can save your drinks according to your preferences, once you adjust it you just have to select your profile, choose the type of coffee, start brewing and the best part, taste the delicious coffee. This machine has a milk insert, with which you can prepare Cappuccino, Latte or Coffee with milk (Cortadito), it is very easy to use. The milk container may seem flimsy but it is not, of course, as the base is small it is not very stable when stored in the refrigerator and it would be convenient to cover it with something else, particularly I try to use the exact milk and so on. wash as soon as possible to use the cleaning option and thus avoid any contamination. General use of Philips is simple. It's nice that the drip tray and water container come out to the front. The water container is not as large as the Keurig, but it is not a problem since the machine tells you before it runs out of water. The machine also tells you when it is missing coffee beans, when to remove the previously ground coffee, and when to remove the water from the tray. Access to the grain hopper is from above, it only holds 10 oz if you want it to close hermetically. Another detail that I like about the machine is the filter it uses, this makes the descaling process longer. We've only been using it for 2 weeks so I couldn't give my opinion regarding the interior cleaning, but from what I've read it seems to be quite easy.

Set up after watching the videos was a easy. After about 4-5 cups you really start to see why you paid more money than a basic machine. After you fine tune the grind setting and bean choice it truly pours consistency every time. Basic maintenance had me concerned however once you go through it you realize they designed it to be serviceable for a reason and had the consumer in mind. Having preset settings saved work very well as my wife and I have verry different coffee preferences. The water tray collects alot if water and once i realized it cleans on the inside as well, it really makes you appreciate how through the machine is. We have not been back nor had the urge to spend $10 on a coffe since we purchased and dialed into what we liked. ONLY con is you loose the icced coffe setting with this machine compared to its little brother, I drink nothing but icced coffe and found the woraround however for the price it would have been nice to get rhe temp and setting in one press.

This is by far one of our best purchases! We’ve had it 7 months now and we are still loving it. We replaced our Breville barista express with this to make mornings quicker. The only reason there’s a star less is because the frother doesn’t produce the same quality of latte milk foam as we would get from our manual machine, but honestly we got the instant pot milk frother and it’s been great! We can brew and make our milk at the same time! We wish we would’ve just bought this in the first place!

This coffee maker is very easy to use. It's also ready to use out of the box. Pros: 1. Controls are easy to use and are intuitive. 2. Able to hook it up to a water supply. 3. Fast heating for all types of drinks. 4. Able to easily modify drink controls to make them stronger/weaker, milk, foam, etc. Cons: 1. Can be nosy, (we can always hear someone making a drink.) 2. Costs for milk goes up (We go through 2-3 gallons a week now.). :-)

Love this coffee maker! I like all the options for the different types of coffee and the ability to set different profiles and sizes of drinks. You can customize so much. It’s great to grind beans fresh for every cup! I had to buy some glass mugs so I could admire how pretty the drinks are!

It was a pleasure to stop using k-cups. This product was convenient to utilize, simple to clean, and capable of creating all of my beloved coffee beverages. The frothing system operates exceptionally well, although I desire the option to make it slightly hotter. Nonetheless, it froths amazingly!

I bought this machine after my Miele "passed away" after 7 years. What I like about Philips 4300. It's more sleek, it's very comfortable to take out water container. Taste of coffee is even better. Why I didn't give 5 star? 1. Beans grounding make a lot of noise 2. I can't put two cups together for drinks with milk.

The quality of the coffee is amazing. The ceraming grinder blade will last forever. Extra tion of the coffee is awesome and I’m now using much less coffee than I used before with drip coffee, i actually run thru bags of coffee at a slower pace. It’s really important to follow the instructions about maintaining this machine is a complex machine so it requires maintenance that is fairly simple but need to be done at certain times. Some of the maintenance needs to be done weekly. Some of the maintenance needs to be done monthly and some needs to be done twice a year.

Awesome automatic espresso machine. Very convenient as it technically does everything for you. Bought to stop going out for starbucks and so far it hasn’t disappointed. Need to play with settings and sizes to find preference liking.

This coffee maker is on point. Make sure you get some decent whole bean coffee. Easy to clean and lets you know when you need water and when you need to empty coffee pucks! It slso saves your drinks to memory for you. Worth every penny!
