It makes a great cup of coffee! We've had this about a year now I believe and it's been tremendous. The integrated grinder is just ridiculously nice and it makes the best coffee we've had! Only thing I'd wish for is that the space to hold the cup was about an inch higher so we could fit our taller yeti handled mugs. You can work around it by tilting it without spilling but eh, rather it just fit. No issues otherwise.

Only one issue that I have relates to the pre ground coffee operation when repeating your personal preprogrammed type setup. It sometimes will dump your new grinds before it attempts to make your coffee. So if this one thing were cleared up in the user’s manual i would give it five stars.

I've had this unit just over a year and love it - great coffee/Latte's and super easy to keep up.

This thing is great! We love it! Really easy to use and makes great drinks. The number of preset drinks is plenty for our family. Everyone has their favorites and they're super easy to make with the Lattego attachment. I only wish the water reservoir was larger, we fill it twice a day LOL!

Genuinely, compared to delonghi and nespresso, there is no competition. Comes with filter, has memory settings, easy to clean and very stylish. I think philips out-done themselves with this machine. Just like any machine, it all depends on 2 factors that should not be discouraging. 1. FIND THE COFFEE BEANS!! You need to find the blend and roast that suits you best and expect the first couple of days tweeking the machine to your preference.

First few days were dissapointing but once we got a hand of it, we literally stopped using the nespresso. It is very easy to use, easy to clean. I would highly recommend getting a high quality coffee beans. It makes a big difference in my experience. Machine itself tells you everybody you need to do. It reminds you to empty the trays, add water, add this,add that. The coffee is so good, it increased my daily coffee intake

Omg!! Best cafecito ever! Love waking up to my my morning coffee. This machine can make the best cappuccinos, late , expresó and other delicious coffee. You can customize as how much milk or how strong you want your coffee. Best investment ever

1st unit arrived damaged but Best Buy quickly shipped another unit. So far I set it up and made about a dozen drinks. This machine is amazing. It makes espresso based drinks very fast and so easy. I love that I can take the milk dispenser off and out it in the fridge between uses.

I love the coffee this machine makes! Had it for 3 days and has performed flawlessly. Why the 4 stars? The GOOD 1.) Makes a great Espresso,Latte orAmericano with two button pushes! 2.) Nicely engineered. 3.) The interface is good. THE BAD 1.) Manual sucks. Poorly organized and incomplete. 2.) The fill level marks on the LatteGo are impossible to see. 3.) Got a no beans alert 2nd day, because the beans were not flowing into the grinder. Needs a steeper slope. The poor manual is the biggest mark against it. Knowing what you are customizing is difficult to make out. Over all a really good machine.

I bought it for my husband’s birthday as a gift, my husband is very happy with the coffee, it’s delicious, no problem cleaning, many functions, a lot of choice, excellent coffee machine

Absolutely the best coffee ever best latte ever best it’s really amazingi do wish it wasn’t the cost but absolutely worth it we save on beans and get better coffee to boot so in a since it will pay for it self in the long run we went through easy 4-5 pounds of beans a month now we go through 2-3 never more than 3

This coffee machine is basically my morning butler—it never fails to deliver exactly what I need to start the day right. I’ve had it for a year now and couldn’t be happier. It’s low maintenance, easy to clean, and makes excellent espresso for an automatic machine.

An amazing coffee machine. I love the option to be able to store 2 separate user’s preferences for each drink. Perfect as my partner and I use this every day. I had the model before this one, and a huge addition to this new model is the ability to steam milk on it’s own. The older models required you to make a drink with steamed milk — you couldn’t get the steamed milk by itself. Would definitely recommend!
